Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

Sick and tired of the hail divots on my hood and trunk lid of my beautiful old Lexus. Spoke to Kimo and Jeff in DeLacy bodyshop. They gave me an incredible estimate to not only fix the hail damage, but blend the lower rocker panels and roof top as well the was sun damaged(Florida car). They took their time, informing me daily on the status and a week later Kimo asked me to come in and It was Gorgeous! It looks like a new car! Great work, super nice guys, the price was amazing! I can't recommend this shop and these guys enough.

Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

Went to Delacy first, I was looking for a robins egg blue bronco sport heritage. Sales guy there was rude and not helpful. Saw that Dave Smith had one, walked in and Antonio was able to assist. He was amazing. Very down to earth, went on test ride and talked to me not just to my husband. He didn’t dodge anything was upfront and felt like we knew him for years. If anyone is looking for a car, please go see Antonio, he is an absolute gem. He even remembered the nickname I gave the car when we picked it up. Sometimes those little things really stand out.

When I started looking to buy a car for my Great grandson, I was so overwhelmed. I was online checking out dealerships and came across some cars I thought my grandson would like. I did some research on Pellegrino Auto and decided to call them. I talked to Brian and was really impressed by how helpful he was to me. My grandson and I made an appointment to look at some cars. I felt that Brian was an honest person and I put my trust in him. We found the car my grandson liked, put down a deposit and purchased it a few days later. It was such a pleasure dealing with Brian. Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. So if your looking for home town car dealership, pricing and customer care do yourself a favor give Orleans Ford a call....its well worth the trip!
