My review is a long one, so grab some popcorn, sit back and get comfy.
Back in 1998 I made a decision to purchase a car. That decision would take me on a journey that lasted nearly 20 years.
Jasmine was a reliable car, and one that I got my monies worth out of. We went everywhere, and I would like to think she enjoyed our journey as much as I did. Even though I did not make it easy on her. However as all stories go there is a beginning and an end. Our end came last year when the transmission went out a second time. I knew our time together was going to come to an end eventually, so I began looking for a vehicle that could begin a new journey with me after the transmission went out the first time sometime around 2014.
No matter how many cars I looked at. I was always drawn back to the Kia Soul. I feel as though she would be worthy to join me in my journey. (Yes she... in my mind the Kia Soul is like Wonder Woman. An Amazonian Warrior!)
I would always find a reason to avoid the purchase, but it came a time when I was unable to find any more excuses. The process of buying a car is always a difficult one, and one that most do not look forward to.
I filled out several financial applications online, and waited for the onslaught. It began quickly. Before I knew it my text, and email were inundated with greetings.
However one greeting got my attention. It was from Auto Park East. I called them up, and before you knew it I was in the showroom signing for my brand new Kia Soul +. Her name is Navi, and I have quickly grown to love her! She is absolutely breathtaking in Caribbean Blue.
Now let me tell you about the gentlemen that made this deal possible. Sales Consultant Marc Hodge and Sales Manager Trevor Penick.
You see I knew what I wanted, and explained in great detail. They were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted. Get this... they didn't even have the car I wanted on the lot, but I was promised that by 2:30pm the car I wanted would be at the dealership. Marc Hodge and Trevor Penick went above and beyond. They called every Kia dealership in the area until they located my car... Navi. Marc Hodge personally drove and picked her up, and as promised it was at the dealership before 2:30pm!
I could not have asked for a better team of fellows to help me out in what is normally a very stressful time. They made it easy... REAL EASY!!! I did not feel any pressure at all. I was promised that they would go above and beyond for my business, and that's exactly what they did.
I cannot express my gratitude enough for these two fine gentleman providing me with EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
