Used 2022 Ford Explorer for sale near Valders, WI

Everything was very fast and efficient. Did most of the deal over the phone and financing was very quick. The sales staff was very cordial.

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

Basically...we found our dream car at Concept Motors and drove half way across the State to get it. When we drove in, we were on a comfortable sized lot with newer, low mileage vehicles...all in near showroom quality. Mike; owner/salesman, etc...met us at the door with a smile and a handshake and made us feel at home. After a test drive and some simple paperwork, we were on our way home with a newer vehicle that looked and performed amazingly. Although this may be our last car, if we decide someday to purchase another; we'll definitely look up this nice little hometown dealership. Thanks again...we love our car.!!

Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.

No pressure from the sales team and they went out of the way to find me a deal I could handle from a new truck that I liked to a payment I could afford. We purchased a 2022 Explorer Platinum one month ago and so far we've had a great experience. We needed the large volume of cargo space that's available with the third row down, above-average towing capability, and most importantly comfortable seating for long trips. This SUV has given us all of that and much more. Now that we're past the break-in period, it is such a pleasure to drive. It has a phenomenal engine, helpful tech that we haven't had any trouble using (with one exception -- see below), and a fantastic selection of drive modes. The one fly in the ointment isn't Ford's fault. We tried to activate the three-month free trial of the wifi hotspot with AT&T, but three weeks after opening an incident with them (with Ford Customer Support's help), they haven't been able to resolve the issue. I hope Ford partners with a different provider soon, so no one else has to deal with this. But that's a minor issue in the grand scheme of things. After a major purchase like this I often second-guess myself and wonder if I shouldn't have gone with one of the runners up. But not in this case. I'm confident we found the best SUV for our needs. Kudos to Ford!

Staff was friendly from the moment I stepped through the doors. Christian had the car I was interested in ready for me to test drive. He addressed all my concerns and had all warranty and finance options clearly explained. Although there was encouragement for warranty and service options, there was no aggressive pressure to take them. In fact, they were willing to negotiate some costs to make sure I didn't go over what I was willing to spend and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Staff were friendly and greeted us as we arrived. Aaron had the vehicle cleaned and ready for us to take for a test drive. He attentively went over the paperwork and explained all the financing options. Overall friendly and helpful.

I bought a 2015 ford van over the internet. They picked me up at the Milwaukee airport and gave me a pleasant lift to the dealership. This was in early March 2019 and I had a thousand plus mile journey ahead of me. The installed new wipers, new tires, and gave me a full tank of gas.and even though I was anxious to hit the road they insisted on a 15 minute safety briefing on the vans controls and a weather briefing. I was able to avoid flooding on my route in part due to their concern. The van has been great and was priced great.
