We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.
We had an amazing experience with Billy! Not only was he very knowledgeable he had amazing customer service! He was fantastic and patient with our children during our visit and even went as far as to drive a truck to us to show us some options when we couldn???t come to them. The only reason we rated the dealer a 4 was because of the very long wait time with their finance department. It was about 3 hours from the time we made the deal to the time we finally drove the truck off the lot.
I had a great experience at Spradley Barr Ford thanks to Tory Turpin! I went in on July 19 to look at a Ford Fusion and hopefully trade in my Cruze that I bought at auto nation (and didn???t like very much). I was frustrated with the car I had and really no idea how trading in my car would work, or if it was even possible because I just bought it 6 months ago! He sat down with me and explained every step of the way thoroughly. He was always ready to answer any question I had. He was very personable and fun throughout the whole experience. We test drove a few and I found one I REALLY liked. The tough part was I had some negative equity and quite a high interest rate, however I came back the next day and he had the car detailed and all the paper work filled out ready for me to sign- at a crazy deal and an interest rate that was far less than half my previous one. Tory was really understanding with my situation and didn???t pressure me into anything. I had the best, least stressful car buying experience thanks to Tory. I would highly recommend him if youre in the market for a new or used car.

Nick was fabulous and showed us whatever we asked to see and never tried to push us into anything. He walked away when we needed to discuss and was right there when we had more questions. He listened to what we were wanting and we walked away with a fabulous car at a fabulous price.

As exciting as it sounds, buying a vehicle can actually brings a huge anxiety and frustration. Perhaps like many others, I dreaded going to any dealership and talking to any car-sales person. This dealership (King Chevy in Longmont) totally changed my perspective! We test-drove the same car more than once, asked many questions and took our sweet time to think about. Through the entire process, everyone was very respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I did not feet pressured, tricked or manipulated. Our experience with Brent Rogers was great! We got our car with him and my mother's. This is the second time we went to him to get a car. We even got a check for referring mom to him. The process was very smooth and all the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Steve Allen was my Sales Rep. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, and relatable. I never once felt rushed or treated unfairly. He and the finance guy made the whole process go smoothly and quickly, and without any issues. I definitely got my 2015 Ford Escape at a good price and without hours of haggling. If or when I need a new vehicle again in the future, I will most definitely call Steve at Longmont Ford 1st.
