I generally equate visiting car dealerships with having teeth pulled without novocaine. These guys don't make it feel that way at all. Ben was very polite and helpful as well as being fun to work with. He answered every question I had and made sure I was satisfied. I got a great deal and a car I'm very happy with. The finance department was helpful and got me out the door in a timely fashion. It was an overall great experience and I recommend this dealership highly.
It was a grate experience/ Judy and Brian went above and beyond to find vehicle with near perfect options for us. My second time at this dealer and while both times were great, Judy was a jewel to work with.

Although the waiting room was pleasant it took 3 hours for the airbag issue, correction of front lower arm bushings and a new cabin air filter. Also, I had scheduled this work for Monday (Nov 26), but ???somebody??? put the wrong date in the computer. To be fair, you rescheduled this appt. for 2 days later.
When I come here I always get treated well by the service representatives. The last time I was here I had an airbag looked at with a recall that was out. They told me it would be about an hour and they stuck to their guns and had me done.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Had a great experience at the dealership. All work was completed to perfection and ahead a schedule. Josh Hussy goes that extra mile to insure to insure all work is completed correct. John Desmon always has me covered and well taken care of.
Had broken belt in right front tire. You replaced and did not charge me for that tire Thank you for believing me when I told you that the tire had to have been damaged before I bought the vehicle because it was pulling to the right when I drove it off the lot.
I went to Brent Simmons with little hope that I could get into a good vehicle. With the help of Bradley kellerman I was put into the car I wanted with service warranties for my children and my protection. I appreciate the time and extra effort I had from them. It meant the world to me. Thank you.
