What started as a possible terrible car buying experience turned into one of most enjoyable times, we have ever had buying a car. Yep, it's big. It's a 2-in-1 vehicle that I jokingly call a caruck. The grandkids love it and so do my wife and I. I wanted one with an 8' bed, but that one wouldn't fit in the garage, so I settled for a 6.5 bed. The F-150 is comfortable, easy to drive, and gets surprisingly good gas mileage. That mileage drops a bit when towing. I use mine for family and for managing the farm. My only slight hangup is that I can't figure out how to handle the air conditioning for the back seat occupants. On a side note, I think city planners and architects were planning on things downsizing and this thing is anything but downsized. It fits almost everywhere and when it doesn't, it fits almost always somewhere close enough. I love it and would definitely buy another one.

We just bought my son's first car, and Gulsah in the used car department was amazing. She was very patient, transparent and honest with us throughout the entire process. She ever pulled some additional information for a similar car we were considering at another dealer. Her sales manager was straight forward and not pushy as well. I've had some bad experiences with their service department in the past, but our most recent interaction with Gulsah and the used department couldn't have been better.

I m a 74 years old Vietnam veteran. I have low back conditions. I was driving small cars and my condition get batter. I purchase this F150 and I can drive long distance w/o pain. I was looking to change my for a new one but, news are to expensive.

I’m the proud owner of a 2020 F 150 XL regular cab and I’m seriously in love with my truck. Comfortable, versatile, good mileage, low maintenance, and a real kick to drive. The regular cab makes for a sharp look and turns heads, and I get stopped by people who compliment me on my sharp looking truck. She’s just an all around great ride! My Eco Boost engine is more than adequate for everything short of really heavy towing and buddies always ask if my engine is an 8 cylinder when I put the truck through her paces. The AWD performs great off road and has never let me down even when I’ve deliberately put my truck in tight spots I thought she might not get me out of. In short, my F 150 is my best buddy and can be depended on to keep me out of trouble even when I push her to the limit! So, I’m a believer and proud F 150 guy. I really can’t think of anything I don’t like about my truck.

The sales person, Rene Riojas, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The closing of the sale was quick and painless. Best experience at a dealership I have ever had. Would recommend Mac Haik to anyone looking to purchase a car.

After looking for weeks at Toyota RAV4's (used), I thought I found the one I wanted at Covert. Less than a mile into the test drive I knew it was NOT! My sales consultant, Tony Favors, was extremely helpful & showed me another used Toyota. Again, it didn't feel right. Instead of getting frustrated with me, he asked if he could make a suggestion, of which I was grateful. His recomendation led me to "the perfect car" for me...and it is NEW. Tony was attentive, intuitive, thoughtful, patient, thorough & a joy to visit with. His positive (genuinely caring personality) is a tremendous asset to the Covert Team! We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.
