Worked with Alonso C. in the used car area. Had previously researched the vehicle I wanted (2018 Chrysler Pacifica) and he made the process easy, non-confrontational, and easy. The title guy and I didn't get off on the right foot, but that's probably I intentionally put in a pause to the buying process and had to leave to get my financing from my credit union. Overall I would buy again from this dealership, and Alonso specifically.

Service was great, in and out in 2 hours, The facilities however are in very serious need of improvement and upgrades, this dealership has looked the same for over 20 years , I?ve done business with this store for years.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

Great experience on a long distance deal. Vehicle was shipped and arrived before I had signed paperwork! Vehicle arrived as advertised with recent repairs completed, new tires, and detailed.

Recently purchased a nee to me ram 3500 pickup from Dennis Hackler from Silver star motors. He worked with the with me the whole step of way(I was purchasing from out of state)during the process. He even had a Uber pick me up front the airport and drop me off at the dealership. My truck was sitting out front fueled up and ready to go. The dealership was clean and had a good selection of vehicles onsite. Did a test drive, signed a couple peaces of paper and I was on my way down the road back to Florida. Jose the Sales Manager listened to what I wanted and found the vehicle at another dealership and brought it over. Briana in Sales showed me all the features and explained how everything works. She even helped me get the app set up on my phone. David in Finance was so friendly and made the process easy. I have told all my friends how nice everybody was to me and this was really a no-stress day. I love them. I wish I could buy a new vehicle every year so I can go back over and over.
