The absolute best car buying experience in my sixty eight years of life. I was treated in a wonderful manner and they took great care of me I would recommend this place to anyone. I called them yesterday and when I got there I was greeted by name and everything was ready to go.
I finally got to actually buy a car from these guys. Had been looking but wasn???t ready and still have excellent service. I went there today not looking for specific car but I New these guy would have or find me something that fit my needs. No pressure family feel is why I returned. Everything up front no games and help me with a loan with not so great credit after so problems. I would come back and absolutely recommend. Also thanks for champagne guys!! I had amazing help with Luis Santana, he showed me what cars were in my budget and didnt try to upsell me something I couldn't afford. After test driving a bunch of cars I made my decision. Luis made sure I got the best treatment. He picked me up from my work and drove me to the dealership since my other car died. Luis made sure the car was fully detailed and that buying process was stress free. All the staff were great informative and helpful. Thank you for the best car buying experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
We decided on the Atlas about two weeks ago. As we were pricing and test driving all the different models, we really wanted the SEL. However, that style was slightly more expensive than we planned. We are from Bucks County, and we were looking at all the area VW dealerships. We needed the price to be a little lower, and that is where the Ciocca internet team, Tina Collins, responded to an email inquiry about the Atlas, and gave us a price that no Area dealer was willing to match. So we confirmed everything with Ciocca and put a deposit down over the phone! (Which made us really nervous). When we finally arrived in Allentown the staff greeted us and made our transaction extremely pleasant. We really appreciated how they were willing to answer all of our questions and stayed with us way past their closing time to finalize our deal. We never felt rushed, and the staff so helpful. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Ciocca dealership and cannot thank them enough for putting our family in this great vehicle.
Went to Ciocca knowing we wanted a new Forester. Milton Obando saw that we got the Forester we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. They did not have the car in the color we wanted on the lot, but he reserved one from their incoming inventory. When it did come in he even sent me pictures. He also gave us a tour of the facility so we'd be familiar with the service dept, etc. Also thanks to Drew in the financial department as he customized an extended coverage package for us and Gigi who did the 2 week post purchase review. I would definitely recommend Ciocca and Milton.
I brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for a complimentary oil-change as I recently purchased the used vehicle from Ciocca Ford. The service tech who completed the oil change also did a complimentary inspection and discovered my rear brakes were dangerously low and needed to be replaced asap. The Service Advisor, Mike called me and gave me several options and helped me make the best decision for my vehicle and my budget. I was impressed with the speed of the technician who was able to handle the additional service work and still return my vehicle to me at the time I needed it returned. Mike communicated well throughout the whole process and let me know what to expect. The process was so smooth and I felt confident that the service being performed on my vehicle was quality work. After having my car back for a week now, I am really happy with the work that was performed. I received a great value by taking my car to Ciocca Service Center.
Eddie and Nick were great.Gave me a great deal and even put in a headlight on my old car.This is what I call "Exceeding Expectations.I definitely will be buying another car from the Ciocca organization.
Most pleasant experience with the staff and management when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, specifically with the sales consultant Mike Renninger (who was superbly patient , understanding, and helpful), internet coordinator Heather Allen, and manager Kassia McFadden.
My vehicle was at the dealership for repairs, the dealership was in constant communication with me until the repairs were complete. The service was top rated and I would definitely recommend Cannon Motors to anyone.
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
They're doing renovations so four stars for now. Both sales and service treated me well. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good used car. They saved me thousands
