First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. The Flex has been an amazing car to own. Bought it new in 2010 and it has never left me stranded since. Got the Limited trim and it is still an elegant interior even to this day. The car has always ran strong and the 200HP is great power for the car allowing me to zip around the city pretty quickly. It is an easy car to drive even at it's large size and has the most comfortable ride.

Bought second hand. Has been a great, reliable big car. 126,000 miles with no issues. I have now owned it for 7 years. It's a big box. Lots of space. Style was not an issue. It looks like a giant "Mini Cooper".

The only drawback is Ford used Tarus suspension parts instead of Ford Pickup suspension parts & because the vehicle is pretty heavy, it wears suspension parts faster. Still a good riding vehicle.

This is a great vehicle for large family including 4legged family members. The only this I wish was different was the gas mileage. The flex has a lot of room for taller individuals to sit in the back.

This vehicle is very comfortable. All of my passenger (young and old) loved the comfort and smooth ride. Handles long car rides beautifully and powers through the rain with great handling. The most solid SUV I have ever owned. Better than a minivan.

I really thought they worked with me well. I liked the first car I looked at but really didn’t get the answer if I could get a better price on it. But of course they showed me another one that I liked better but it was more money and it was definitely out of my range so I couldn’t even dream about that one.
