It meets our traveling needs, we like a lot of cargo space. We also like the all wheel drive in snowy weather and for launching our boat. Our dog likes all the space in back She likes to look out the rear window when we back out of the garage.
Folks at heavy duty service are customer oriented, quite friendly and want to meet your needs. Have had RV chassis serviced here for over two years and have always been treated by the staff at heavy duty like they are glad to have the business. I drive 50 plus miles for service because of the folks here.

This is my fifth Ford Flex. It is one of the most comfortable cars I have ever owned. Talk about room, it seats 7 people and still has room for luggage. Good gas mileage for such a large car. It isn’ the fastest car on the market but you don’t buy it for speed. I take it to Florida (1,600) miles one way, and it is very comfortable. The rumor is that this is the last year Ford is making it. Don’t know what I will get next.

I bought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra in May, 2017 from Ricart Ffford and I was well pleased with the friendliness of all the staff that took care of me. They were very professional as well. I just recently got an Oil change at the dealership and I was able to get my car in right away. They did an excellent job and updated me on what would be needed in the near future. I highly recommend them and I trust them and would never feel they would take advantage of me as a customer.

I purchased my 2015 Taurus in February of 2016 and during the first week of October 1st 2017, the car battery shorted out. I initially called the Ricart Service department, explained the situation and working with the Ford Motor Company customer service department, they replaced the battery under the bumper to bumper warranty program.
2015 Ford Edge Sel, the service is always good. I have had a lot of issues with my vehicle from the cooling fan to the throttle body. The staff is always helpful and extremely accommodating.
No problems whatsoever, even after the sale, they went above, and ask to see Brian Minner, he is the go-to guy in sales, very sharp when it comes to the vehicles he is selling, very polite and cordial, and will do you an awesome job! cannot say enough about the guy, he was there at least till 10pm, and it only took so long because of my negotiation over the price lol! Go Skillman!

The 2019 Ford Flex is very roomy. Got mine with the vist roof . It is awesome! Should keep the grand-kids from getting car sick because it just opens up the whole vehicle, even the third row. It has so many really neat gadgets. the fact that it parks itself is my favorite. The Flex really handles nice & the safety features are wonderful. Alerts you if you are getting too close to the vehicle in front of you. It is the most comfortable vehicle I ever owned.
Best price, awesome service, and by far the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had in 30 years. Joe Marcello, Randy Martin and Bill Skillman set the standard! I sent my brother their contact info as soon as I drove off the lot.
Brent did a fantastic job of helping me find the right tires for my car and was great about matching competing prices. The service was done quickly, expertly and with a smile despite being the last appointment of the night.
Came in for an oil change, and they discovered my battery was leaking acid and covered in green corrosion. I didn't even know. They offered me a standard battery for $130 and a "lifetime" battery for $230. Which is a no brainer if you plan on keeping your vehicle for more than 3-4 years. I'd need another battery in 3-4 years and another one after that, so a lifetime battery made sense. I was in and out in under 90 minutes with no hassles. Thanks!

I love the Ford Flex! So much so that I bought a second one! I traded my first one in just because it was time for a new one. The Flex is reliable, comfortable, and very spacious. We use this car for everything and take it everywhere!
My window on drivers side wouldn't roll down or up. Called Auto Nation Honda and they got my car right in and fixed. Andrew did a great job. Also want to give a shout out to David who drove me back to my home and picked me up when my car was finished.Both very nice people to deal with. Thanks again Auto Nation!!
Traveling through Miami we ran into an issue that needed immediate attention. AutoNation Ford took care of us in the most professional and timely manner. Within a couple of hours the problem was identified, fixed and we were on our way.

Roomy and comfortable plus several great features that make this car great for family and long trips. We own a 2014 and love the car, just looking for a newer model and fewer miles on it.
I truly enjoyed working with Ashley at Dahl Automotive! She is very knowledgeable about the cars I was looking at!! Even better, she was very honest and open with me about both the Pros of each vehicle AND the cons!! All that she shared I verified on the reviews of each vehicle (because I???m a chronic over thinker and researcher 😂), and I kicked myself for wasting my time when the reviews said exactly what she had said! 😃😃 Honestly, I couldn???t be happier with both my car and experience!!
Service Advisor Fernando, was EXCELLENT. Had questions regarding Recalls for: Fuel Pump and Airbag. Just fantastic, Fernando is the right type Service Advisor. Will definitely return for future services.

Comfortable on trips and daily driving, almost like sitting in a good chair at home. My second Ford Flex ; has been reliable and overall a great vehicle with loads of hauling space for bulky items.
"Try it, you'll like it"
My wife and I were in the market for either a GMC Acadia or Buick Enclave. We live in Modesto, CA and had been searching throughout Northern California. It seemed like every vehicle we found with our preferred mileage/year/equipment was just a few 1000 out of our price range. To top it off, it seemed like no dealer would budge on the price when we inquired. My wife and I took a trip to So-Cal for a quick trip to Disneyland as our annual passes will be expiring soon and we wouldn't be able to get away for the long holiday weekend due to work. While waiting in line for rides, we decided to browse the internet, thinking maybe prices would be better than up North. We found a much larger selection, but similar pricing to the dealers near home. Then we found Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and they had two Acadia's that seemed to be what we wanted with much better prices than we expected to find. I e-mailed the dealer asking if the vehicle was still available and got a phone call back within the hour. We scheduled an appointment for noon the next day. We got up the next morning and decided to go to the dealer early. We were contacted by phone at about 10 AM to confirm we would be showing up. We told them we were ready and could come in early. The same salesman (Miguel) I spoke to on the phone was quick to greet us, despite not being scheduled. He took us over to see both cars, let us drive them both and then asked what he could do for us. We asked for a little off the price, which we didn't get, but I wasn't expecting as the price was already $3-4k off what we would have paid for a similar vehicle in Northern California. Once we agreed on a price, the manager Anthony came over to explain our different financing options and how we could save the most money in that process. Miguel then took the car over for a final detail and cleaning while we went and finalized the contract. They took us in to meet Executive Sales Manager Chris Amato, who was already finishing up our paperwork. Chris was very gregarious and outgoing, asking us plenty of questions about what got us to the dealership, why we chose the car, etc. He also gave us a better explanation of how they were able to give us such a great price. Basically, since the dealer is so high volume, they don't have to make such high markups on each vehicle. Chris finished up the paperwork and transferred it all to a really neat desktop monitor that displayed all the contracts and allowed us to sign electronically. Finally, we were finished with the paperwork, Chris walked us back out to the showroom where we waited a few minutes for the detailing to be finished. Miguel showed up with the vehicle, handed us the keys and we were on our way back home to Modesto. All told it was maybe 3 1/2 hours from the time we arrived, to driving off, which seems to be pretty quick from what I understand of the car buying experience. Throughout the day, various members of the staff made sure to check on us and see if we needed anything to drink or anything like that. I would HIGHLY reccomend this dealership to anyone buying a new or used vehicle. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable throughout the experience and don't pressure you into anything you don't feel comfortable with. This was a great experience and more than worth the trip. I will most likely look to make a trip down again for our next car purchase.

I was very happy to have him show me all the options and availability for my price range and didn't feel rushed at all. I know where I'm going to buy my next car, and from whom.
