If you don't come here, and at least give it a good try, you are missing out. We bought and loaned our first car here, it was clean, it was well running and only had one issue that didn't show up until we had the car for a year and a half and it was a $100 fix. We traded that car in for our next, an upgrade. They worked with us, they helped us beyond compare and worked their connections and their magic. Not two weeks after we got our second car from them (our recent car), we were rear ended and it was a high fix estimate. They updated us on laws, and told us what to do to make sure we didn't get short changed by the opposing insurance company. We are so excited to go back here again, my husband and I adore these guys, they are so kind, and caring and compasionate. 100 / 5 stars from us.
I would like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with the service department at VW Reading. I have had a few issues with my Golf R recently, and every time, I ask for Alex to work on my car, and Molly is always willing to put him on my car with no problems. She is always super nice and accommodating! Alex knows his stuff and always does great work. I love having a dealership that I trust. This last time, Alex actually took two separate road tests with me to make sure he understood what I was saying was wrong with my car. Alex went out of his way on more than one occasion to get to the bottom of my issues and get it resolved. There should be a mechanic like Alex at every dealership. In addition, Josh, the service manager is willing to sit down and talk to you with respect when it comes to an issue you are having. Josh treats you like he values you as a customer and I appreciate that. Thank you Josh, Alex and Molly. I am glad you are there for my wife and me when we need our VW's serviced.

Taking the time to thank the service dept. of Red Rock for servicing my car on a recall reg: my fuel tank. What impressed me the most I arrived for p/u of my vehicle and it was WASHED & Waiting for me! That say's a lot for going the distance to service a client. YES! I would refer your dealership and YES I would search for a new vehicle from your dealership. Thank you again!
I would give them more stars if I could! Ray gave me the best price right off the bat! Then he located the vehicle and color we wanted and picked it up. That vehicle had problems unfortunately, but the entire team at Honda of Jasper pulled together and located me another one, even with Thanksgiving coming up, got it in, installed our luggage rack, AND delivered it to our house about 45 minutes away! Thanks Ray, Darryl, Keith, parts department, service department, and Kevin the owner! Y’all have DEFINITELY earned my business! Great buying experience and was treated very fairly. I ordered my vehicle so they took me through the process and kept me updates. I traded in my car and again felt I was treated fairly. Nothing fancy just good people dong a great job.
the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.
Overdue review, but I purchased a used vehicle late in 2017 and I had a pleasant and very positive experience throughout the purchase process and for my first follow up visit. Specifically, during the preliminary stages, I dealt with a sales rep and the owner directly. The entire staff were very professional, timely, and accommodating to my busy schedule. When I returned a few weeks later with a maintenance issue and questions, I dealt with the Service Department and they were awesome as well. I'm glad to return to the BMW family!
i contacted them thru cars.com, on a weekend , I got a reply with in 12 hours. I called them next business day and set up a day to time to meet. I had a 2 hour drive to get there. when I arrived I was greeted with smiles and a hand shake. Kevin was a true professional. it was worth the 2+ hr. drive.
I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership, and i must say that I have always left extremely SATISFIED!!!! The Kelly and Kelly staff went above and beyond to make sure all my wants and needs were met! I have told all my friends and family to make sure to see them when searching for a vehicle. Yes, they do sell used cars but they make sure to make the vehicles are very clean and reliable! I love them so much and I will MOST DEFINITELY be back to purchase more vehicles from them!!!!!!
I have bought two used cars for my sons over the past 8 years. The first was a 2002 Honda Accord that we put 100,000 miles on and went through two teenage boys. It was a great car. I just bought a second 2008 Honda Accord last week. The car looks and runs like it is brand new. Paul's is honest and his prices are fair. We have also used him for all of our car upkeep and repairs. The North Hills Auto mall team did a wonderful job by finding my family and i the vehicle we were really looking for and that was in the price range. We had a certain range we wanted to stay in and they got straight to the point when we arrived. They helped my family and i find the perfect fit that accommodated our needs. The sales people are truly professional and really care about your needs in a vehicle. Everybody there was great and if your looking for your next vehicle definitely don't waste your time anywhere else where they wont attend to your needs and waste your own time. We were looking for over a month and everywhere else they pressured us and didn't have anything that even came close to this dealership. Found the best vehicle for the best price. I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.
