McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.
2020 Honda Accord review
This is the "bottom of the line" 1.5L Turbo Accord and it regularly gets over 40 mpg on the highway. If you need power in a hurry, stomp the gas and feel the turbo kick in. The seats are a little low but what can you expect when the car design is so sleek? It holds the road like no car I've ever owned and is very responsive accelerating or just driving. Road noise can be a nuisance but the ride is smooth. I personally don't like the screen interface sticking out of the dashboard and I think all levels of Accord should come with an electric driver's seat. The paint job is great, the car looks great, and it is a real value for your money

Hendrick Southpoint Auto Mall review
From the moment you drive to the service bay a service advisor meets you, walks around the car with you, goes over what you are doing. During the visit the technician videos the work and makes suggestions. Up to you to do it or not. Courtesy car wash. When complete the Advisor goes over everything and then walks you to your car. Outstanding service. Honesty I have never experienced anything like this. I don’t know if it the same in all Hendrick dealerships or particular to Hendrick Subaru of Southpoint. But it’s impressive.

I left with a 2024 Murano thanks to Mrs. Andrea❤️ I went to look on a Friday. She didn't pressure me into buying. She gave me her card. Told me whatever I wanted to let her know. I did just that. We communicated via text throughout the day. I chose 2 different vehicles. Saturday morning, she called and told me I got you a deal! I didn't stay at the dealership all day either😁She is very patient, kind, and treats you like family. She loves and cares about what her customer wants and its more than a sell or a number to her! She is adamant about making sure her customers have what they want and need. She gave me the sweetest happy! It smells so good! Tell her I sent you! Thank again Andrea💕

Jose seems like a good salesman still looking for a Ridgeline in my price range. I am not in a rush . Something will come along. If there's any recalls for the Ridgeline I believe the dealership should take care of before purchase. If there's a issue. The 2017 Ridgelines had transmission problem 6 speed. I have to do my homework when making a purchase. Don't have 12,000 to replace a transmission plus a car payment.

Mercedes-Benz of North OrlandoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando review
We recently began the process of trading in our 2023 Honda Pilot Elite in hopes of finding something newer, more fuel-efficient, and with a lower monthly payment. We decided to start our search at Mercedes-Benz, even though we initially thought ownership was completely out of reach for us. After several test drives and some negotiations, we were thrilled to drive away in a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Mild Hybrid with the AMG Package. What made the experience truly exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Gabriel Echegaray. Gabriel absolutely saved the day! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and is a tremendous asset to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Our experience was so positive that my parents are now considering bringing in their Mercedes-Benz for maintenance and may even explore upgrading to a newer model in the future. Thank you again, Gabriel, for making what we thought was impossible become a reality. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando and asking for Gabriel. You won't be disappointed!

Crown Lexus review
My service manager, Tony Hang, is the best and he is the reason I continue to go to Crown Lexus Of Ontario. I I am always able to make appointments however I always ask for him. If he is not there, I tend to wait until he is. He is very professional yet makes me feel very comfortable. If Tony is busy when I call, he always returns my calls in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints about Lexus and I think Tony is a great asset to your dealership. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Don Mealey Chevrolet review
On a scale of 1 to 10 our sales person Dennis & his assistant, Sydnie Ward, are 11s. From the moment we walked through the door until we drove home with our new Chevy Trax, they answered every question we had and treated us like gold. Additionally, even after our purchase, Sydnie met with my wife and I the next day to educate us on all of the car's technology, help us set up our phones in conjunction with the car's system and went over and beyond ensuring we were comfortable with everything! 5 STARS +++++

Lexus of Cerritos review
I recently brought in my Lexus GX to Lexus of Cerritos for brake service, and working with Amanda was an absolute pleasure! From start to finish, she provided truly exceptional 5-star customer service. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got a fantastic deal on my brakes without compromising on quality or care. She was transparent, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. If you need your vehicle serviced, ask for Amanda?she is hands down the best Service Advisor here! I?ll definitely be returning to Lexus of Cerritos because of her.

Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently visited Imperial Ram in Mendon looking at Ram trucks. I met several times with a sales lady, Kelsey. I drove serval different trucks and she took the time and had the patience to show and explain to me the differences in the vehicles I was looking at. The buying process went smoothly, I am now in a new Limited 2500 and loving the truck. I recommend this dealership to anyone thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle.
