Had this car for a month so still experiencing new things. I love everything about the car but the tech is a bit glitchy specifically the cord and Bluetooth connections. Taking a call in the car is a bit of a pain. Drive nice, good gas mileage, overall good experience.

The best thing about the experience was their price. It was at least 4k$ less than any other place that we looked. It is a no haggle price (much cheaper than Car Max) except for the heavy push for their extended Warrantee which was pushed pretty hard. The only other thing that they do that I was not excited about is the paint and interior Protection policy that is 600$ that they would not take out because they say the car has already been treated. I would much rather have done it privately at a much better price. But still got the car MUCH CHEAPER than anywhere else. The other thing that I was disappointed in was that the salesman said that the paint protection was a ceramic coating, which I later found out that it really isn't. Other than those few little things, it was a good experience and would recommend them .

After my 2007 Toyota 4Runner was the victim of a hit and run. While the damage was minimal I wanted it done right. I have used Toyota Mall of Ga in the past for service and have always had a great experience with my service advisor Samantha and the service I have received. Ricky and Chaz of the collision department not only took care of EVERYTHING (including dealing with the other persons insurance). They were very thorough with checking for all damage, seen and unseen. They maintained communication with me every step of the way. They were meticulous with the repairs and got my car back to me looking so much better than when it was dropped off. They were both personable, caring and kind. I must say for having to put my vehicle through the collision department was not fun, but Ricky and Chaz made the process easy and THEY DID IT WITH A SMILE! 100 stars! ????????????????????X10
