The new civic rides rough and even rougher in sport mode a lot of road noise but very stylish looking exterior, sound system a little weak. Wish it came with a leather interior, cloth gets dirty quick

i purchased a 2022 Honda civic sport touring hatchback in the beautiful sonic gray pearl. it is everything the professional car experts said it was and more. it rides great with crisp handling and the power from the 1.5 liter turbo is so much fun. i love the styling and the Led lights are very bright and safe. I'm getting 31 mpg in the city and 37 on hwy. I love the Honda brand and i love my civic. great job Honda.

A welcoming environment and friendly, respectful and professional treatment is what I experienced on my first visit to Westshore Honda, located at 2522 N Dale Mabry Hwy, where I was impressed by the salesman Jeremy Rodriguez whose treatment went beyond the simple negotiation for the sale of a car, being kind, patient and attentive to my requirements and questions but also helped me solve a problem with the battery in the service department, where by the way I was also treated with courtesy and respect, achieving that the negotiation was to my complete satisfaction. Impossible to say less about the financial manager Mr. Jonathan Martinez whose role in the successful acquisition of the Honda Accord was decisive. His patience and versatility in finding solutions leave no doubt about his experience in good customer service achieving the financing of the car within the framework of my expectations. My Sales person, Marcelo was awesome! I felt like I could trust him and he really tried to do the best for me and accommodated all my requests for certain things. Everyone I dealt with there was pleasant, but the actual negotiations are tough, but it's like that at most dealers. They definitely work with you but you must know your bottom line! The Finance person was pleasant & helpful. However, the whole process is way too long and to me, daunting. But again that's not specific to Ken Ganley, it's the car business overall. I think it needs to change. All that said, I would definitely go back to Ken Ganley to buy another vehicle, because of my experience, the vehicle warranty & Im happy with my SUV!
