This week, at Regal Lakeland, I had a commendable buying experience thanks to an exceptional salesman, Victor Estrada. His integrity, relatability, and advocacy resulted in my wife getting the exact car she wanted at a very fair price. After test driving this specific Honda CRV model at 4 other dealerships, I was getting annoyed at hearing the same sales tactics and cliches over and over again. By contrast, it was refreshing to meet Victor when my wife and I walked into his office. He was a good listener and paid close attention to my wife's priorities before her test drive. He was also patient in explaining, in layman's terms, some of the advanced safety features this car was equipped with. She was impressed with this CPO car. Victor was able to secure a fair price on a fine vehicle that should last for years. Regal Lakeland will be my first stop when replacing my vehicle next year. I had a great experience at this dealership. Steven was the one showing me the cars, a certified pre-owned HR-V and CR-V. He was immediately friendly, hospitable, and made me feel comfortable. I had plenty of time to check out the cars inside and out, without feeling rushed. Steven was able to listen to what I enjoyed and what my concerns were, and showed me a brand new HR-V, which I of course fell in love with. I was very impressed with the knowledge and hospitality of everyone here, and of course Steven offered me a great deal! I did not feel pressured into anything and ended up feeling great about my decision. I had no idea I could afford a brand new car within my budget. They kept my monthly payment goal, matched the interest rate that I had been pre-approved for at another credit union, and Jaq (who I believe was the manager) offers me an incredible deal on an extended warranty. Believe me, I not quick to trust as I am well aware of sleazy sales tactics, and my boyfriend who is a real-estate agent joined me to help negotiate the price. But I truly believe that Steven had my best interest in mind and I walked out with a great deal, and even better car. I'll happily be back!
