I've been taking my Acura TL for service since Honda Marysville's $39/39 minute deal can't be beat. I went yesterday, and for the first time, the line for an oil change was very long. I really needed it done, and luckily I brought some work with me to do while I waited. Jason was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. My wait was a bit over 90 minutes, and sure enough, they stood by their 39 minute guarantee. The work was done, my car was clean, and Jason made me feel like a valued customer. I have 2 Acuras and will only bring them here for service. A+!
I went in wanting a used Jeep renegade and after going over all ththe details Richard Norman helped me pick out a Honda Civic! I’m so in love with my new car! It’s not at all what I thought I wanted but he listened to what and needed and was very patient with me! I would recommend if anyone is looking for a new car to go see Richard at Honda Marysville! Jay Thompson was great! No pressure! So helpful! Went out of his way to help us find a good car in our price range. He stayed almost 2 hours past closing time. Very friendly! The best experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! Steve Willis stayed 2 hours after closing also! Very nice! Both of them put us at ease. I never felt like they were trying to hurry us out even though it was way past closing! Great people!

No one in this dealership disappointed! They were all incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about everything “Honda”! It had been awhile since I purchased a new vehicle and I’d never owned Honda. I happily left the make of car I’d been loyal to and now I’ll never look back. My car has been AWESOME and the personalized service and contact Honda of Marysville gives their customers is second to none! We took ad with us. They honored it and did not pressure us to buy other services - just explained the other services to us. In and out in less than 2 hours. They also gave us a great rate for 60 months. We would recommend.
A few days ago i had a bad experience at Lindsay. However after speaking Kevon Shannon he was able to make the bad experience a very good one. I now have my 2018 CR-V EX-L. Thanks to Jaime and loads of "thank yous" to Kevin.
