The sales team at Koons is very responsive and great to deal with. I do appreciate their follow up and professionalism. They not only had a great repour with me but I do think they valued me as a customer.
I was very satisfied with the service that Adam rendered. It was the first time that I had him as a service supervisor for what's needed for our Odyssey car. It was done in a very timely fashion, and very professional and kind.
Before I get to Sales, the Service Dept makes the dealership. The people get to know you and you get to know them. The person you buy from you see once (or more if you buy 5 cars like us), but the Service people you see every time you need a regular service ??? oil, mileage interval, rotate tires ??? or if a little thing like a light bulb goes out after 75k miles. Honest and never charge or sell you more than you need. Spot things you might never know but could save your life (seriously, one time a break pad went early from wear and like brakes to work). OK, sales and financing. Super patient super helpful. No high pressure techniques. You need to think about it no worries they???ll wait for you to come back, and come back again as much as it takes for You to make up Your mind. That???s whether to buy, what car to buy, what model, what color. Will line up the colors inside and exterior altogether for you so you can really see the differences and make sure you leave with the one you like. Explain every model level and every feature. Inside and in the car. Just amazing
Although I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer, I had a wonderful experience with Ogbe, a used car salesman. He was extremely attentive and very flexible. He also demonstrated a great deal patience with my son during a test drive. I would definitely recommend contacting Ogbe at Landmark if you're in the market for a vehicle.

My sales person Simo Zouitine provided an excellent service. He guided me through selecting the vehicle that I specified my needs. Simo also helped me get an excellent pricing for the vehicle by negotiating the price with the manger on my behalf. Both Simo and the finance manager Willam went above and beyond in order to help me get an excellent rate from the financing company as well. Highly recommend this Dealership.
I truly dislike car shopping. But this was great! Rita let the car do the talking, but showed us all of the features in an informative way without being pushy. She is a fantastic salesperson. She offered a great car deal and we couldn't be happier with the purchase or the process. She even responded and answered our concerns days after the sale closed. The service team is great especially Mr. Jose Anzoategui, who helped us through the whole process and get us a good deal on a CPO 2016 CR-V SE for my wife. He is courteous, honest and easy to deal with. What I really liked about him is that he still communicates with us and helps us with stuff even after sales!
I went to three different dealerships and worked with four different dealers all in one day and by far Rafeal surpassed each and every one of them in terms of customer service. It wasn't an easy sell for him either as he had to get the car that I wanted from a different dealer and he was able to get me the price I wanted. He always made me (and my money) feel valued and appreciated. Even a month after car purchase, he has continued to provide stellar (and timely) customer service which demonstrates to me how much he appreciates my business. My experience at Pohanka Honda was absolutely fantastic! We stopped by to ask questions on how trade ins work and we were met by the sales rep. Alon, who provided us with exceptional customer service. With the manager Kingsley Kwakye they were on top of their game, they made us feel welcomed and truly cared for us making us comfortable in every possible way. They answered all our questions, Alon found the exact vehicle we were looking for and two or three days later we were driving it. Now I understand why Pohanka Honda is number one. I have to say out of all the years I have been purchasing parts... 40 years. Pohanka Honda has provided the best pricing lighting. Fast shipping. The parts department. This was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. Don Erickson was helpful and knowledgeable. He explained and answered every question we had. We had an extensive test drive that really showed me the car. Tyler Coles in the financing dept explained every detail so we understood our options. I love my CRV and the dealership is the most accommodating that we visited in the Fredericksburg area.

I drove all the way from CT to buy a car at Pohanka Honda. Marshall worked with me for several days to make sure everything went smoothly. He's the best. Definitely ask for him by name. He literally went above and beyond when the following day I had an issue with a car rental and he stepped up and saved me a long drive back to VA. Couldn't have been more professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall I had a great experience. Highly recommend Pohanka Honda and Marshall specifically
When I first walked in into this dealership not for a minute did I think that I would find such customer caring sales person. But that is exactly what I've got with Hillary. From the moment I first talked to her she made me feel that she cared for my needs and understood where I was coming from. Test drove two Civics EX-L and Touring and just when we thought that my mind was made up and right about closing the deal I had a change of heart and saw the Accord, so I told her and she offered to show it to me, I declined and said there is no need I know that it is the one I want. Her reply: I don't want you to buy either one if you are not sure, but if you are to buy this one you need to drive it to make sure that it feels right. It was late and raining, no problem for her, she went out, got the car and we went for a ride. Yes I bought the car and whenever my wife or kids need a vehicle I'll be going to see Hillary again and again.
