Customer experience is back.

I hate writing reviews,but sometime u have to bite the bullet. Especially when you have an experience,that wants you to write a review. I have a bank owned 2015 Honda Civic SI,the bank allows me to drive it,since I am current on my monthly payments. lol. Anyways, engine light came on, so stopped the car,turned the car off,and waited 5min....when I started it,low and behold the light was still on. The nearest Honda store was Southeastern Honda, in Melbourne. Head over there,talked to the front staff,took a seat,some lady approached me,and introduced herself as Cheyl the service manager. She let me know that everything will be taken care of,and will get the car in to look at,as soon as a bay is available. I was fine with that....not too long after,cheryl lets me know that my car is ready. Explained to me,that if you don't change the oil at service intervals,the light will stay on...so an easy fix basically. My experience though red faced,was a joy...I will most certainly bring my car back.
