Service and personnel met my expectations and will keep me coming back for future auto maintenance. Purchased the subject auto from this dealership and if regular maintenance continues to meet my requirements will use this dealership when shopping for replacement auto.
I called about a Honda Pilot 2011 recall notice I received in the mail regarding a defective passenger airbag. The first Honda dealership I called said they would call me back to schedule an appointment and I never heard from them again. Second Honda dealership I called was Honda South Point.
Spoke to the service center rep and scheduled an appointment right then and there. Dropped the vehicle off no questions asked and had their shuttle service drop me off at the closet Starbucks while they replaced the air bag. I was back at the dealership in less than an hour 1/2. I found them to be professional and friendly at all times. Walked away with a positive experience from this dealership.
Brought Pilot in for oil change and to replace both headlights. Work was performed to my expectations. I’ve always received great service here from scheduling my visits to my service advisor to the actual service being done on my vehicle. I would recommend South Pointe Honda to everyone! Honest companies are hard to come by but they rank at the top!
