My old car died. They did what they could for a trade in. Gave me more than the Ford dealership would do. They were easy to work with on the purchase. There was one small issue after I purchased the vehicle and they helped me figure out what the problem was even though they had no legal obligation to look into it. No issues with the car once we figured out that minor interior noise issue. I would recommend checking out their lot before going to a full service dealership. You can tell they love the car business.
*Everything was exactly as advertised* My fiance and I purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX last weekend. The salesman, owner, and even the owner's wife were very cordial. Great service... they worked with us on the price. Even met us half way from our home and the car lot (which is in a different state) to deliver the vehicle. We love the new addition to our family.
Kacey was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable when we came in to shop for a new car. My husband has been a ford man since he was 16 and Kacey sold him on a brand new Kia! Kacey continued to give us great information and let he Kia's great qualities sell itself to us. We loved that Kacey let us take our time, wasn't pushy and allowed us to ask all the questions we needed to stay well informed on this big decision. Thanks for the great new car!

Called and set an appointment. Kaleb was very busy helping someone else when we got there but one of his coworkers helped us get the keys and allowed us to take it to a mechanic to inspect it as well. The jeep checked out better in person and under-the-hood than others we looked at over the past two weeks. The mechanic said that over-all it had been well maintained and had minimal rust on the undercarriage. We returned and Kaleb was available to help us and we were VERY impressed with how quickly the process was to get the paperwork and plate so that we could get back to bloomington. Kaleb and his guys were great and we recommend them!

Darla, Steve and Josh went above and beyond on sales/ customer service!!! We closed the place down 2out of 3 visits and they didn’t rush us or seem put out!
We had been looking at Honda’s and were pretty determined that that would be our next car. Luckily for us, the Honda dealership we visited was too worried about closing and just seemed to be ready for us to go! We went into the Hyundai dealership thinking they were closed and we would just compare the Accord to the Sonata. Much to our surprise, they were still open and didn’t rush us or pressure us! It was a Saturday and they encouraged us to take an extended test drive to make sure that was what we liked and to research the ratings and such! We did and when we came back on Monday they were able to locate a model that had all that we wanted with a lower price!! Tuesday we drove our new car home with an extended warranty and gap insurance too! ( we usually never get all that)
Hands down it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had!!!

Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
Highly recommend! I have had nothing but excellent experiences here for all car service/repairs. The service is always amazing - very helpful, kind, and professional. Every time I go in for an issue they work to resolve it and I never, ever feel taken advantage of as I have sometimes wondered at other places in the past. I will definitely continue to go back.
Everyone on their staff was professional, friendly, and courteous to both my wife and me. From the initial contact/test drive through to the last signature (which happened within a matter of 1-2 hours), we were given the appropriate amount of attention without any undue pressure to buy. My only (relatively minor) complaint was that the online advertisement included "with Navigation System" when in reality the vehicle was not equipped with one.
Tad was amazing ..so helpful. However there was confusion w title. I worked with Kathy who said she was leaving @ 2:45 ???? We returned I had to ask fpr help noone acknowledgwd me..I had to ask Betty for help and then she was rude. She said after I asked someone will be qith you we are busy. I dont appreciate being so inconvenienced and RHEN RUDE. I realize people make mistak3s but not RUDE
