I am writing this review to recommend Mazda South Charlotte. I've leased 2 cars over the past 3 years from them and both experiences have been nothing short of great. Both of my vehicles (CX-5 2015 & CX-5 2017) have been a dream to drive and that is one of the reasons why I trust and keep going back. The other reasons of why I keep going back to Mazda South Charlotte have to do with the top-notch sales and service staff. Everyone in Sales and Service are highly qualified professionals who treat you like a person and not a dollar sign or number. Dana Snow in the Service Dept. has been my go-to technician whenever I bring my car in. He is thorough in explaining the work that is being done on your car and is very nice, too. The two salesmen that I worked with on my current lease, Moe Bedwan (back in 2015 as well) and Don Resse, were both very attentive to my requirements for a vehicle while working within the confines of my budget. Both Moe and Don have treated me with kindness, dignity and respect during my sales processes (and even post-sales, too). Being treated well at a car dealership is something that is very important to me. I have had past experiences at other dealerships where I have been ignored, insulted, verbally abused and/or condescended to. Never once have I had that experience with Moe, Don or rest of the Service, Sales and Management staff at Mazda South Charlotte over the past 3 years. For all these reasons and more, they will continue to have me as loyal customer. Side note: they also have a clean and gorgeous showroom with an excellent customer lounge.

Why buy here? The answer is simple these gentlemen are exactly who they say they are offering exactly the services they say they can assist you with no hassles no pressure just upfront honest discussions and helping you find the right car for your needs. Single parent, divorced credit score on no mam', and a thin line from robbing Peter to pay Paul, you name it, I had my share of red flags, yet none of these otherwise negatives mattered the main question at hand seemed to be WHAT CAN YOU AFFORD WITH WHERE YOU ARE NOW IN YOUR LIFE? I called Jeffrey on a Wednesday and informed him I was ready to visit his location to purchase, right over the phone he got the basics, job information, personal logistics etc, within an hour I got an email in layman's terms outling my down payment and monthly note amount and I was sold, it was fair, reasonable and not hard on this chics pockets. Friday morning after a twelve hour shift, thanks to JEFF and JUSTIN teaming up, I was in and out in an hour and a half, driving a newer model car, paying EXACTLY what I was quoted NO HIDDEN FEE, NO SECRET AGENDAS! To put it simply, my Mother calls my Elantra, the "Spaceship". And she's one used to driving Chevy Impalas, with more bells and whistles than one could imagine! My Hyundai is automatic everything. I love the shift manual option. (I prefer manual transmissions) So this was quite a nice suprise when I found out what it was. LOL! Something I didn't know about, and wasn't shown when I test drove and purchased the car. I don't think the salesman knew about this transmission shifting inclusion. It's very Stylish, safe, dependable and a wonderful deal for my $. My only complaint is the seats stain very easily. Everything else is wonderful!

Just opened and I live right down the street, how convenient! Engine light came on in my 09 Chevy traverse... it was the dreaded P0008 code, timing chain needed replacement. My cat was out of powertrain warranty and I was not the original owner. This was a common issue for this engine and year along with several other vehicles. Gm made good by it... they took care of everything, no questions asked, no back and forth and the service tech Cindy helped tremendously. It really could have gone either way, but there was a bulletin released and a special warrant was extended on this issue. They recognized it and saved me thousands, literally thousands. Traverse is running great and parts and labored is guaranteed 3 years unlimited mileage. Great service

I did a lot of research into compact cars before test driving several models from Honda, Toyota and Ford. Then I tried the Elantra. Fully loaded....heated seats front and back, Bose sound system, leather throughout, sunroof. Incredible value for the money, far better value than the comparable Toyota and Honda. It's a fun little car to drive and comfortable on long hauls. I have a lot of arthritis and sitting in a car seat for hours gets excruciating. Decided to drive the Elantra from SW Washington where I live to California. Elantra got 44 mpg doing 75-80mph nearly the entire way, was comfortable for all 3 of us (myself, wife and 8 year old. Sound system is amazing and onboard Bluetooth works fine. Nav system and some other minor apps on the console could be a bit better but much better than Honda especially. Ergonomics of the cockpit are great and make sense. Overall just a fun easy car to drive. Sport mode is fun, but fuel consumption goes way up and the Elantra's suspension isn't really meant for throwing it into corners....a tad of understeer.

I was shopping using the internet looking for a 2010 Tacoma Sport. My wife's friend has a Tacoma and my wife has been wanting 1 for a long time! First, the color had to be Gray as well. Thus, I discovered Toyota of Gastonia by clicking on a ad that was displayed by one of those sites like cars.com or Carfax. When I read the ad I went to the dealerships website. This Tacoma met all of our criteria to seriously consider or purchase. I clicked and sent a email inquiring about the truck. I received a prompt response from Dan, their internet contact sales person. Now this began on Wednesday morning, April 19,2017. I ask Dan all the questions I had about the Tacoma, which were a few because there was only 2 outside photos due to it just being put on their lot. It had not been detailed yet it was so recent. Dan answered every question truthfully and told me everything even though it might mean I could say, oh well and pass on it. The only thing wrong were some small scratches that I would expect to see on a 2010 truck. Besides, now I don't have to worry about scratching it because I use a truck to haul things in. Then it was down to price, price, price! I think we had about 37 emails back and forth before it was quitting time. Dan faxed some info to my personal financial lender and I told Dan I was planning to drive up Thursday and test drive the Tacoma. Unfortunately I was unable to go, due to a unforeseen situation. But we did hammer out the financials and had a tentative agreement on price if I decided to purchase it. Dan was a fantastic person to work with. No pressure on anything during the process. Plus he went above and beyond in working with my lender, in showing the value of this particular truck. The new plan set was that my wife and I would drive up first thing Friday morning. I live in SC, 2 hrs away from the dealership. I told Dan to expect us around 10:30. Dan said that Rick would be the sales person who would be taking care of us upon our arrival. We arrived around 10:15, and were greeted by Rick. After introductions Rick took us outside to show the truck. Just walking up to it I was smiling and already loving it so far. Rick did a walk around showing me every scratch (really just a couple surface ones) or nick on the bumper. Dan had done a very good job describing the truck and any thing that one might consider a flaw on it. The interior looked just about in new condition. The detail person(s) did an outstanding job on the exterior and interior. And pardon the pun, but they paid attention to every detail on it! Then I got to give it a good test drive. On the interstate, through town, and some curvy roads. When we came back to the dealership Rick asked what did I think. I just smiled and said we want it and lets go do the paperwork. Rick took us inside and began the process of purchasing the Tacoma. Rick put us at ease with his calm manner and made us feel like we were old friends. Rick went over all the particulars regarding the purchase, explaining in detail what the paper work presented meant. After everything was finished that Rick had to do, he ran the paperwork to the dealerships financial personnel. Then we were escorted to that office and did the official signing of all pertinent documents. Then the truck officially became my responsibility as the new owner. Then, a problem of my own doing. I didn't bring my tag to transfer. Rick came and saved the day. Rick was able to furnish a tag to get me home on with just my word to bring it back the following Monday. I was driving back home by 1 o'clock. Dan and Rick, due to their professionalism, honesty, demeanor, and go the extra mile and always doing the right thing for me has gained Toyota of Gastonia, a customer for life. That you can count on! We've told all our friends how well we were treated by everyone and one is even going to contact the dealership for a future purchase, I can only speak for myself, but I was totally impressed with the whole process!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. Love, Love, Love My Elantra!!

I love the mileage, the look, the comfort and the design of the car. The few complaints I have are about design of the car, in specific areas: The windshield wipers divert the water straight into the window. It comes into the window...runs straight down the speakers and onto the control panels for the windows and doors. Yes I can put rain guards, but there should be some sort of trough in the design to keep the water from going straight down. If there is snow on the trunk lid and you open the trunk, it dumps straight down inside the trunk! There should (once again) be a trough of some type to keep this from happening. Lastly, don't ever buy a black Hyundai....keeping them clean and keeping the swirls and smudges off is impossible. Usually I can wax my car and it keeps the little things from sticking so bad, but not on this car. My 1996 Jimmy does better with the paint and the wax and preventing sticking. This Hyundai is ridiculous to keep clean. I should have never bought black...I should have bought RED!

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.

I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. From the moment I spoke to Sam I felt like I was more than just a potential sale; more than just dollar signs. I had a budget and needed a reliable used car to sell all my meth. What? Just checking to see if you???re still reading this. I needed a reliable used car to transport me to and fro my responsible and legal job. And to take my miniature primate (child) to school, the park, and various other places children frequent. Sam was personable and genuine. I had visited another dealership the day before and I walked away ashamed and embarrassed of myself and my budget and my fly wasn???t even down nor did I have toilet paper dangling precariously from my foot. I wasn???t treated like a person, I was nothing. But not here. Sam treated me with respect and there was an air of friendliness throughout the entire dealership; it hung in the air like a crisp Lysol scent from a freshly cleaned bathroom. Speaking of bathrooms, you shan???t be treated like fecal matter at this dealership. Sam took the time to listen. Everything about him was genuine from the second he answered the phone until I drove away in my beautiful Jeep. He knew I am a struggling single mother with a budget and he cared. His humor is a wonderful gift and he helped me feel quite at home in the dealership. I imagine if I had friends it would be very much like my time at the dealership. The atmosphere itself is soothing from the warmth of the carpet to the spike of Sam???s hair. All employees there were genuinely friendly. I am repeatedly using the term ???genuine??? because none of the employees were fake like my breasts. What? There you are, you???re still with me. Brad, the finance paperwork man (that???s a technical term) was wonderful as well. The beautiful thing about Brad is that he doesn???t cowpoop. He tells you exactly what the numbers mean and why they are there. Underneath his dealership-issued polo beats a heart of non-cowpoop gold. And so I say to you, my dear readers who are not watching The Facts of Life right now, if you are in the market for a vehicle please consider going to Gastonia Dodge. Sam and Brad were the absolute best and I am so happy. I never thought I could ever own a car that wasn???t around before the invention of the McRib. And now I do. Thank you so much, Sam and Brad.

I completely enjoyed my car buying experience with Carvana! The online process was so simple. After selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it was just a matter of uploading a few documents and I had an offer on my trade-in and financing approval within minutes. I picked up my car at their Nashville location a couple of days later and it was delivered spotless and in like-new condition. The entire pick-up experience took less than an hour and that's including a 20 minute test drive. No hassles, no sales pitch and no pressure. I wish I could remember the name of the customer advocate in Nashville (I think it was AJ-but I'm not 100% sure about that) because he was excellent and deserves a shout-out in this review. The only extremely slight negative was that the 360 website tour of the vehicle that I purchased incorrectly showed heated seats as one of the features but the car does not have heated seats. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as the car was a great value for the features that it did have and it was otherwise exactly as advertised. Loving my nearly new car and would definitely buy from Carvana again!

I love my 2014 Kia Soul. It's the 2014 base model but has features most base models don't. Cruise control, bluetooth, digital dash with outside temp., avg. MPG, fuel window by miles remaining, etc.. It's like new, has low miles at 35K. I read some reviews about the Soul base models 1.6L engine, that it was sluggish or lacking power, I find this not to be true. I think some reviews are too picky, it's not a dodge charger with a hemi but it has more than enough power for any normal driver. There are a couple of barely noticeable blemishes but this is expected from a three year old vehicle. The process was much easier than dealing with a dealer or individual seller. I financed through Carvana, very easy process. The car drives like new and to my surprise, the Soul has a ton of room for a guy 6-2. The delivery guy was cool and the vehicle was delivered three business days after I purchased it. I saved a lot of money. I did my research and local dealers are charging around $1k more for this vehicle plus you have to pay their dealer fees and deal with the bs games they play (aggravating). I also saved $500 from a friend referral, so I saved around $2K. I would highly recommend Carvana.

I was in need of a used car. Obviously everyone wants to get a great deal so in order to do that the typical procedure would be to start scanning used car ads, the internet, calling dealers, looking through the newspaper, etc.. It was by accident that I found Carvana and I am so glad that I did. This time, I could go "used car shopping" completely from home and I could examine every car available, of which there were many, many cars, and I could look at the outside, the inside, the details of the outside and inside, the reports on the car- knowing what type of service has been done-accidents-anything, and then go through each and every feature that the car has. Being able to do this from home on my time and at my pace made the "looking for the car" simple, fun, and rewarding. Then, after finding the ideal vehicle for me, it was such a simple, easy, and actually fun process to put the car on hold, get all the paperwork in, and then have the vehicle delivered to my home. In the past I would have made two or three trips to a dealership and then spent HOURS going over paperwork, plus I would have had to endure the inevitable offers the finance manager would try to sell me when I finally got to sign papers. NONE of that happened with Carvana. I found the vehicle I wanted, put it on hold, filled out the paperwork and emailed it in, and the car was delivered to my home!! It was a fantastic experience!! Ordering a car off the internet was as easy as ordering a pair of pants! The best part was there was ABSOLUTELY NO RISK! Carvana gave me 7 days to drive the car, look it over, have it checked, whatever I wanted to do to be sure it was what I wanted and that I liked it before I actually owned it. If, for any reason, I decided I didn't want this car I could have Carvana pick it up no questions asked. If I had found a different car that I liked better, no problem. Carvana would let me change to a different car. After I decided to keep the car, Carvana provided an additional warranty at no charge so Carvana took all of the worry about purchasing a vehicle. During the time prior to taking delivery, I called Carvana a few times as I am one who asks a lot of questions and EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALLED, CARVANA'S CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WERE FABULOUS!! THEY WORKED AS HARD TO ASSIST ME AS THEY WOULD HAVE FOR THEIR OWN FAMILY!! In my 66 years on this planet, I've dealt with many kinds of people and I can tell you without any hesitation that Carvana is doing everything they could possibly do as a company to make sure their customers are satisfied and have an excellent experience. I can tell you that my experience was definitely excellent and I already have highly recommended them, and will continue to recommend them in the future. If and when my next car purchase occurs, I'll be calling Carvana!!

I bought the car brand new with only less than 5 miles on it. It’s the fully loaded Limited Utime editio. It has never required any service and its almost 24,000 miles. Super great value and craftsmanship. People seem to always mistake it for a Lexus model they have never seen. I get a lot of compliments and admiring looks. Super nimble in the sports mode.

I had my doubts about buying a car online for sure. I only considered it because I had a friend who used Carvana, and I trusted them. The price was better than anything we found shopping around locally, and the FEES were almost non-existent in comparison! At a local dealer, the price was almost $2K more than the listed price on the car. For Carvana, it was only the necessary tax and tags. I was FLOORED with the price. So great. The process was easy, the customer service was fabulous, the price was amazing, my car was delivered TO. MY. HOUSE. for free, and I will definitely do this again. If I had to pick something to change, I guess I would like more still photos of the car instead of just the 5 or so. The virtual tour of the car was cool, but more pictures of the inside would've been fun. I will definitely recommend shopping with Carvana to friends.

If you are looking for a car for your everyday need choose hyundai elantras. Depending on your distance of computing your tank can last you 5 days. My own is approximately 2.5 years old and the only issue I had was the battery because the one i bought the car with the original battery it came with when it was purchased brand new. I think having a battery that last you in this car about 3 years is worth having. Overall very good quality car!

CARVANA REVIEW I???ve owned many cars in my life and through each of the purchases I???ve had to suffer the long waits and unneeded up sell at conventional dealerships as they???ve tried to tack on more than I needed to my final price. . So when Carvana launched, I was skeptical but I decided to give them a try. I knew I wouldn't be ready to purchase until late summer, but started the search early. . My requirements were very narrow when it came to the make, model, transmission, AWD, model year, mileage and maximum price. . Every week I was sent email matches that allowed me to do research, fill out a minimum of forms, and make buying decisions at my leisure and on my schedule ??? even if that was in the middle of the night. Taking delivery, arranging payment and confirming the final purchase online was amazingly efficient. The copilot app and both the email and text updates kept me informed of the progress if my purchase/transaction every step of the way. . The final buying exchange, including all the paperwork but minus my extended test drive, took only five minutes. All the Carvana swag was also a nice touch. To round out the experience, my delivery driver/closing agent was punctual, incredibly polite. He made sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable before leaving my home. . I had such a blast driving my car I forgot to call within the seven day test period to make a swap. I'm just kidding of course I'm keeping my Nissan Juke! A big shout out to my delivery agent Mahlik and the entire team at Carvana. .

It has been three weeks since I bought my car (2017 Hyundai Accent). I am happy with the car(got it ASE inspected within 7 days and car is awesome). Car buying experience delivery and loan process, paperwork stuff was pretty convenient. More than happy with customer service. (Friendly, reachable, no pressure on buying). I started going out to a few local dealers/test drives/getting quotes/bargainings etc but finally ended up buying from carvana. I think all are good in their way, I took a bold step to buy online and I guess I got a good deal. This is my first personal car ever so my ratings don't consider much of previous car buying experience.

After browsing through local dealership inventories online, to later find bait-and-switch pricing, and extra fees upon fees. I checked carvana on a whim. I probably only half paid attention to the commercials before, and didn't realize what you guys actually do. Your price was competitive, no haggle, no questionable or mystery fees. Customer service was super friendly, delivery guy was super friendly. Several weeks prior I test drove a car at a dealership and it was a 2 hour ordeal on a Saturday (and I didn't even buy anything ... I think I was held hostage for a bit, but that's another story). I think my whole Carvana experience took about 20 minutes to buy my new car. Never felt an ounce of pressure. In only a few minutes I realized I was a couple of clicks away from having this car delivered. It really is a scary easy way (in a good way) to buy a car.

I just completed my 7 day period of owning my 2015 Cadillac SRX Luxury. This has been the most pleasant experience I ever had in purchasing a car! When I heard about Carvana, I researched them thoroughly. In February of 2018 I actually started the process of looking for a car. I had certain specifications and only wanted a particular color in exterior and interior. I would not settle for less. Carvana had the perfect car. I also researched and compared the prices of the Cadillac at other dealerships. Carvana had the car listed for at least 2000.00 less than the ones I researched. The ease of applying and getting approved was absolutely the best! I sat in my home and thoroughly went over the car just about everyday. The car delivered was the actual car and it had the few scratches as shown on the website. I had the option of picking it up or having it delivered. I had originally opted to pickup but due to personal circumstances I had to have it delivered. I did not have to pay anything to have it delivered and it was delivered directly to my front door. The customer service I experienced from my first phone call to them was awesome! Heather was great as she actually sent me pictures of my car to my cell phone from Jacksonville! I asked for them and she complied. James delivered my car and he explained everything to me in detail and was very nice. So yes this was a very great experience and I would and have recommend Carvana to anyone looking to buy a car!

I purchased a 2017 Elantra towards the end of 2016 brand new. I had to have the paint on the front of the car around the hood repaired under warranty due to it randomly peeling about a year ago while it was barely under the cap for mileage on the warranty. I’m active duty military so I’ve put a lot of mileage on my car pcsing and visiting family so my car is no longer under warranty and the paint has been chipping in various areas of the car since the last repair. I searched the web and found that several other customers have also been having this problem with the pearl white paint on this year/make/model so I feel like it’s pretty safe to say the paint was faulty and Hyundai should be liable to fix this considering I payed full price for a below average/faulty product. I called Hyundai to inquiry to see if I missed a recall since it’s been such a prevelant issue for customers, I was informed that there wasn’t and customer service told me to contact the dealership I had the paint repaired at while under warranty even though it was in a different location to see if they would repair it. I called the dealership and they offered to take pictures and submit them to Hyundai to see if they could help since it wasn’t the same location they had repaired but I’m deploying in a week and they said there likely wouldn’t be a solution by then which is understandable but no one has even been able to give me a straight answer other than contact numbers to pay for a paint job out of pocket from a body shop. I’ve been transferred 5 or 6 times contacting three different locations to see if someone could help me but alas, nothing. It’s definitely not worth paying for a brand new car only for it to start peeling and looking trashy less than two years later due to low quality paint. If they would have done a recall and provided a solution to their customers complaints I would have rated it much higher because everything else about the car has been wonderful.
