This is the second Genesis I have purchased and I love the power and
comfort and accessible of all items on dashboard. Will always purchase
this make and model.

Of the 17 cars I have owned in my life, this is, hands down, the BEST car I have ever driven or owned - it is luxury from inside and out with reliability that will keep me coming back!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. This is a beauty to purchase. Quiet, serene and powerful when you floor it. This is a large sedan, larger than midsize sedans. Has high advance tech present with excellent 5yr/60k warranty on tech. You will love it with your first test drive. If you are in a market looking for luxury, I bet you will stop on Genesis. Do not go wrong with brand name just drive it and find it out yourself and I am sure you are going to change your mind.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Upgrade from my Lexus GS350

Have only owned this car for a week, but so far am very pleased with it. I switched from a Lexus GS 350 and so far consider it an upgrade. It is a bit larger, with more headroom, legroom and general space to sit and move. I was afraid that my fuel economy would go down, but so far it is very comparable, and on regular gas instead of premium. Lots of tech that take some reading and getting used to, but the driving experience is very good overall, and a lot more car for the money, as the same year Lexus I was looking at was close to $15,000 more.
Great people - loved working with Lana Ignacio.
Wish the car buying experience (regardless of where you purchase a car) could be a WHOLE lot easier and shorter - it's not, so it was really great that we were working with Lana and team. Made the time we spent at the dealership a lot nicer.
If you're looking to buy a car, I would recommend starting at Patrick Cars - and ask for Lana!

Lana got us exactly the car we wanted by engaging many people at the dealership, each of which was knowledgeable and friendly. I will be buying all future vehicles from Patrick Hyundai.

I owned a 2011 Genesis and loved it so when it came time to replace it I chose the 2016 Ultimate model. The 2011 was good but the 2016 is light years ahead. You cannot find a better car this size for the money! The 2016 is the same as the 2017 and 2018 Genesis brand.

Just bought a 15 month old 2016 CPO (off lease, 1 owner per Carfax) with 25K miles on it. AWD, signature and tech package. Got it for $20K under MSRP. 45 months and 35K of new car warranty remaining plus power train warranty to 10 yr/100K miles. I have only had it a month now but no issues to report. I love the car's AWD and safety features. I traded in a 2013 3.8 (bought as a 15 month old CPO). Previous Genesis did not like Ohio winters so much. In three years that I owned it, the only maintenance required was oil changes and a 60K checkup. It was a great car! Hope this turns out to be the same. Choose harder to find 2016 CPO model over more plentiful 2015s coming off lease because of the change in bumper to bumper warranty. Prior to 2016, Hyundai's new car electronics warranty period is 3 yr/36K miles, 2016 version and newer is 5yr/60K miles. This car has a ton of high end electronic safety features so it was a significant decision factor. Plus 2016 Genesis model is identical to the 2017 G80 so it still looks fresh. Hope this helps you in your auto purchase.

I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.
