Great buying experience!

When my car of 28 years finally died, I dreaded going shopping for a new one. I was prepared for the stereotypical bad salespeople: pushy, insincere, all talk and no listening, swooping down on you the minute you get on the lot, bad-mouthing the competition, and pulling a bait-and-switch when you get down to real numbers. Imagine my delight when NONE of this happened. Maybe because their salespeople are not on commission. No one was pushy or tried hard-selling me. Kristina B. handled my test drive and was my primary sales contact. She was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She responded promptly to my texts but didn't bug me or pressure me during the week or so it took me to make a final decision. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with the whole process. There were a couple little glitches along the way, but everything was handled with courtesy and professionalism. They didn't have the exact car I wanted, so Spencer W., a sales manager, searched other dealerships and found it for me. I didn't talk to him as much as I did to Kristina, but he was also friendly and professional. I couldn't be happier with the process and my new car! I gave them 4 stars for customer service instead of 5 because the phone receptionist sounded bored/annoyed every time I called. 4/5 on facilities because the chairs where you wait are hard wood and not very comfortable. But the overall dealership looks very nice.
