I have always hated the whole car shopping experience. I only purchase used cars out of personal preference and had looked for a good while at different car lots and dealerships and always felt as if the salesmen viewed me as unintelligent or were just extremely pushy. I found the car I purchased through Inifinity Austin through a website and went to look and testdrive. I was introduced to Dana, a salesman there, and he promptly took me out to the car to look over it all and go for a drive. Never once did I get that awkward feeling that tends to come with having a saleman around. Dana stood back and let me look it over and let me ask the questions, which I greatly appreciated. Never once did Dana prompt me that I needed to act on purchasing the car that same day and didn't harass me the following days. Now I was the one that stopped in 5 different times throughout the next week to look at the car more and test drove again to "make sure she was the one". Everyone at Infinity Austin was very patient and helpful each time I dropped in and Dana, especially, has the patient of a Saint to deal with my indecisiveness. When I made my decision to go through with the purchase, they made sure that everything was in working order (back AC blower had gone out and they fixed, which is rare for used car sales!!) and gave it a wash. My overall experience was very smooth and as pleasant as signing a huge check can be. I am hopeful that Dana and the Infinity Austin will have another great used car option for me when it comes time for me to get another! I highly reccomend going to them if you enjoy and prefer not feeling pressured. Be sure to ask for Dana Woodbury!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I was in the market (I thought) for a 4 door sedan. After driving a Q70 and a Q50, I took a Q60 for a drive and immediately decided to get one. I couldn't find a new one with the options I wanted so I purchased a CPO vehicle with low mileage. The trunk is large enough and adults can actually fit in the back seat. The driving experience is very good since there is plenty of power and great handling. I also think it's the best looking 2 door coupe on the market. As a previous Infiniti owner, I know that this will be an extremely reliable car and I'm looking forward to keeping it a long time.

EXTERIOR: People have stopped me in parking lots, honked in traffic, and just stared. The exterior could not look any better 11/10 INTERIOR: How can you miss the market by 4 years with not having apple carplay or android auto? That is incomprehensible for a luxury brand? I know it is coming for the 2021 models, but undescribable how you can possibly miss that. Can't tell you how interested I would be to see the data on the people who like the setup for the dual monitors. It isn't what it displays, but I haven't seen anyone in the past 5 years use the GPS provided by the manufacturer. Who approves this kind of design? WAZE integration. TRANSMISSION: Either feels like the fastest thing on the market or slowest, most unpredictable. A car for this money should have a dual-clutch. Even in manual mode, the software will override and seem like its in automatic. BACKUP CAMERA: Without the expensive assist package, it has similar backup "lanes" as my mom's 2013 honda minivan... PERFORMANCE: Sits pretty low and has good ride control. Can switch in and out of lanes quick and firm SPORTS CAR FEEL: Not really. Has the looks for it, but you feel let down by the technology. Switching between the different drive modes doesn't offer enough difference to feel like you're getting your money's worth.

I have always hated buying a new car; the entire process....but not this time!! We had been researching cars for the last 6 months or so and had it narrowed down to a few luxury and non-luxury brands. End of day, we drove two luxury vehicles and loved both but liked what Infiniti had to offer in a third row mid-size suv. I also know how much my friends liked not only the cars but the dealership. The process was super simple and painless. I enjoyed not spending all day doing paperwork. The Team was even great with my daughter and included her in the process and helped give her something to do while we waited. Thank you for everything!

My Infiniti i35 is older, and I am the second owner. Nick and Dave have helped me when I have arrived (usually unannounced) with questions or something to fix. Now I am confident that my 2002 i35 is as good as it can be for its age! They may think I bring my car in for service and don't request a loaner so I can enjoy the WiFi, coffee and chocolate chip cookies in the waiting room. :)

nothing to complain about for this car, it's great transmission is a bit slow at lower rpms. I do want more though so I'll probably be buying an aston martin or older gallardo as my next car

First off -- I love the 2016 QX50 that I purchased back in May of 2016! Monty Reger was the person in service who helped me. I dealt with Monty years before when he was at another dealership -- and he is the absolute Best Service Person - professional and knows what he is talking about! He keeps things simple -- he explains exactly what the men will be doing and gave me an estimated time that I would be waiting in their lounge. I love their lounge area -- clean, comfortable, great latte and pastries! They serviced my car and washed it -- and I only had to wait a little less than an hour and a half! (arriving early as possible helps too!). Everyone at Infiniti that I have dealt with are exceptional! A great place and great people!

I love my Q60 except for a few minor annoyances. The 2018 Q60 has beautiful lines with awesome wheels and a sexy head on appearance. It has an surprising amount of trunk space; I can put my golf bag and a 25” suitcase in with just a bit of effort. The drivers seat has a cockpit like feel and everything is within easy reach. Acceleration is smooth and Q60 is quite compared to the Q50. Your not going to get your six foot tall children in the back it’s really a two seater that could fit four in a pinch, but you won’t keep those friends if it is a long drive. The front seat seatbelt brackets will cause the seatbelt strap to rub against shorter drives necks, to prevent this you need to bend it outward periodically. Ask how I figured that out, the original owner traded it in because of it too.The onboard computer is still slow to startup but faster than my old Q50. I would have expected that by now you could set a default drive mode. I would have also liked to see the drivers seat move to a neutral position when the door was opened to make exit and entry easier. Finally the storage spaces where an afterthought. If you’re going have a huge owners manual make sure it will fit in the glove box. You can’t even put a pair of gloves in there once you squeeze the manual in. why do you need an 12v accessory port under the dual display when you have in the center console and two USB ports. I understand the 3.5mm jack I’m total confused by the RCA one. This all takes up the little storage space you have. Other than those minor things I enjoy driving and all the compliments I get from my Q60.

I brought my JX 35 in for routine service without an appointment. There was a piece of loose trim that needed attention and there was a recall that needed tending to as well. After about 15 minutes Nick, the Service agent found me and explained that the recall would involve more work than expected, that the service would take bout three hours, and offered me a loaner car. I declined the loaner and waited for the work to be completed. In exactly three hours my car was ready, the trim had been replaced, the routine service which included tire rotation was completed and the recall issue fixed (about $1400.00 for parts and labor for the recall), my car was clean and my bill was less than $100. I am a happy Infinity owner!

Q 60 handles very well and has a great ride. cockpit is snug, but not cramped and it will get 29-30 mpg at 75 mph all day long. Metro ,mileage is averaging 27 mpg

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

I chose Infinity based on the outstanding reviews, I chose this car for it's sleek style. She's a convertible with a backseat and full trunk which is rare. It's my 1st sporty car, the tight suspension has taken some getting used to but the comfort of the seats and spaciousness is wonderful. Things I would change? The location of the USB port is very awkward, the cupholders will barely fit 2 smaller cups;, the seat air/heat is rather noisy, otherwise, I'm very happy with this car.
