A used Lexus at Naples Infiniti popped up on my car search. It had everything we were looking for, so I inquired via the website. Just three days later we had a deal in place for a very good price (without pressure or haggling) and Luxon delivered it to me at my house for final inspection, test drive, and signing the paperwork. That level of service was exceptional considering the fact that I live 4 HOURS AWAY FROM NAPLES.

I went to the dealership with no expectations need a car after my previous Cadillac was a total loss. I reviewed most luxury vehicles and test drove them. Until I test drove the Q50 nothing felt luxurious. I instantly fell in love with the car trying not to show my exuberance. I believe Robert sensed my initial desire to buy a used Q50 2015-16 and from that conversation knew my price point and willingness to enter a lease. He pulled from inventory what he thought would be a good choice. When we sat down to negotiate the first offer was one I couldn't refuse. I felt compelled to accept without a hesitation as it exceeded my expectations. I had been looking for several weeks and hadn't had this experience with Acura, Lexus or Cadillac. I will be bringing repeat business here when you receive this treatment. Can't wait to refer others for a similar experience. This car drives beautifully. The next one they are going to make is the black with red interior Q50. All other staff had great attitudes and were very upbeat.

My sales consultant Athony was very helpful and knowledgeable in the process, after a few days of consideration my wife and drove from Miami to Naples to buy our vehicle. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Anthony and shown the vehicle, after a quick test drive there was nothing to think about I was hooked. The most impressive thing to me was how quick and efficient the entire process took, arrived at 11:00 am and out with my new vehicle by 1:00 pm. Worth the drive. As part of my decision to buy from this dealership I was told I would have use of pickup/dropoff service for my vehicle from my home. One year into my purchase I called for service and was told this was no longer offered by the dealership. You can imagine my disappointment. I emailed my salesperson, Anthony Blasini and he immediately stepped up and arranged to honor the deal without further issue. If you deal with Anthony you will be treated very well and have someone who actually stands behind his word.
A big thanks to Jonathon Hidalgo and Naples Infiniti for providing a laid-back and no hassle experience. I spent several months going from dealership to dealership trying to find the perfect deal on a specific car. Jonathon answered all my questions and promised a worthwhile experience. He did exactly that and I purchased my car at a great price. Excellent knowledge of vehicles and very customer friendly! I would recommend Naples Infiniti to anyone in the market. Thanks again!

We met our sales person in the parking lot. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with all the best information and got us a car in out budget. Then, we worked with the finance department and Corry was amazing with us and got us all the good perks we needed. The are the best dealer in Naples Fl.
Kevin worked extremely hard to get me the price I was looking for. The car was ready as promised and all the options were as specified. Kevin had the car ready on time, took the time to review all the options with me, set up my iPhone and Called me that very afternoon to make sure everything was OK. I wouldn???t hesitate to use Kevin again for another vehicle purchase or lease.
The dealership staff were very professional and helpful during my purchase of a 1999 Cadillac DeVille. I was treated with respect and given the upmost courtesy while making my purchase. Thank you to all the staff members who went out of there way to assist me...I am very happy with my purchase.
1. The Fort Myers, FL Infiniti Service Center provided a timely maintenance service, the same day, I had called to book the appointment. 2. All items discussed and agreed upon by Service Representative, Rick Libby, were addressed and completed to my satisfaction by the Mechanics. 3. Rick is a reliable and personable employee who has customer's best interests at the top of his list! 4. Bonus, my car received a complementary washing before I left the Dealership.
I just bought a used car from fort Myers infinity, my experience was knowledgeable and rewarding thanks to Kevin. Love this place, highly recommended. I especially liked the front desks lady who was working the closing shift on 11/30, she was funny and very personable. Beautiful showroom, left with what I thought was a full tank and I text Kevin and he said bring it back and he will top it off. This is customer service at its finest. Always pleasing the customer.
Kevin was great to deal with. Was quick to get back with any questions and a lease proposal. Also delivered the car to our home to make the process even easier. Had a good understanding of the vehicle and was able to answer any questions we may have had. Has been in touch multiple times since car was delivered to make sure all was well and make sure we have had no issues. Would certainly deal with again.
As the dealer reached out to me the experience trading in my current vehicle for a new was painless and affordable, The sale agent worked with us on color choice, appointments and cost. The vehicle was secured from another dealership and the delivery was immediate. All paperwork was handled expeditiously and accurately. The only downside to this whole experience was the "last minute" offers to purchase add on coverages. I.e. paint protection, wheel and tire service/repair, etc. Reminds of the old days when one would buy a new car and be pressured into purchasing an undercoating for rust protection, like zeibart. Really? A 58,000 dollar car and you are trying to sell me add on protection for lot's more money. Suggestion, let the sale person offer it. Not at ie. closing.
Looking for an SUV and drove home in a sports car!

My wife and I recently move here from Chicago and were looking to replace her 2011 SUV with an Infinifty SUV. We were greeted by Armin who took us around the lot to show my wife the options. He then Peyton bring us in the showroom to look at a new SUV when my wife spotted a new Q60s. She fell in love with the car but was determined to get an SUV. Armin asked her why and she stated she needed one to have an SUV because of the (she caught herself here since almost said snow) since that had always been a factor in previous purchases. Armin encouraged us the try the car and needless to say we purchased. The entire staff was very nice and accommodating and made the new car buying experience great. I highly recommend the Fort Meyers Infinti team!!
