My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

Plenty of room for a family of 4 also very reliable. It’s good on gas it fits all the family needs money well spent I would definitely recommend this car
We showed up at about noon Saturday, 7/28 and were met by Brad Woodruff. We told him our story, We've been online shopping for a smaller SUV which would meet several criteria. Important was the fact that my wife is 6' tall;we were looking for better mileage than our 2011 Pathfinder accords; and the space to carry my ancient bass violin was a requirement as well. Finally, as retirees, we faced budget limitations. We had narrowed our choices to the Toyota RAV 4, the Honda CR-V, and the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. (We'd purchased a 2013 Santa Fe Sport from this dealership several years ago, decided we needed more power to pull a camping trailer, and sold it to purchase the Pathfinder.) Brad proved to be a great listener as he heard our whole story, then brought the 2018 Santa Fe Sport we'd seen on line around to the building for us to sit in. We also wanted to compare the CR-V with it. (We had tried the Rav 4 earlier, and found it less comfortable that a CR-V we'd tried at another dealership. Brad, then brought a CR-V around from your lot so we could do a "Side by Side"- A-vs-B comparison. He let us check them both out, sit in both, take measurements, and allowed us to come to our own decision that, though the Santa Fe Sport professed lesser gas mileage numbers than the CR-V, the Santa Fe Sport was much more comfortable, and large enough to meet the needs we'd stated. Brad was very personable, we chatted a good bit, learned of many commonalities we shared, (His dad was in the Air Force, as I had been, His children were in the band at Tate High School, and that their band director Joe Hooten,(who had been Brad's band director in high school,) was a long time friend of mine, since I taught orchestrate at Tate High School some years before. All in all, it was a no pressure, easy experience to select our car, and Charla made the paperwork side of it more pleasant than we ever expected. I have had so many problems with this car. I have had in 5 times for the same issue. Shutting off at 65 mph or 25 mph. They can't seem to figure out why. Up date computer to changing parts out. I'm not getting anywhere with Chrysler or the dealer ship. Very, very disappointed with everyone I have had to deal with over this vehichle. Would recommend never buy a jeep.
I can't say enough or say thank you enough to the World Ford service team.It was the first day of a week long vacation and we were excited with anticipation, looking forward to seeing family and having some great down time.The wife and I were headed to Florida from Louisiana when our 2002 Expedition developed an issue. it was mid-day and the folks at World Ford performed like a NASCAR pit crew to get us back on the road. It seems that our local dealer's tech had taken some short cuts when working on our vehicle and didn't reinstall one of the wiring harnesses properly. This permitted it to lay across the engine and melt insulation/short wires causing the "limp home mode" to engage. The World Ford team worked for a couple of hours and thought they'd have to wait until Monday (it was Saturday) for their transmission specialist to get in and have a look. They kindly arranged for us to be taken to a rental car agency for us to get a rental and while we were there we received a call from them that they'd found the problem and it would be fixed in about an hour. Seems the young man working on the problem wasn't satisfied and kept working the issue to get us back on the road. They did a very professional job repairing the problem and even took the time to provide us a short write-up on the workmanship our home dealer had performed. I was able to take this to the home dealer and get a full refund for the repairs. I really appreciate they're professionalism and interest in providing real service. If I ever move to Pensacola or I'm in the area and need service I know where I'll go.

Had no intention of buying a jeep Cherokee. However after first test drive I was hooked. I currently have two other jeeps. I also own a jeep wrangler and a Jeep patriot about the Cherokee is by far the most fun to drive.
This car met all my expectations. It has heated seats, steering wheel, it drives very smooth it also has heated seats back up cam and various modes such as sports mode, sand,and snow.
I have the Jeep Cherokee Limited with the V6 engine. Has plenty of power and has great safety perks. It has lane assist, emergency stopping etc. UConnect is great technology. I can start, stop, unlock, or lock the car from my cell phone. The car is very comfortable and the sound is great.
My wife and I started looking at cars months ago. Either the price was not reasonable, the sales had no knowledge or other issues. We decided to go to this dealership, over an hour from our house. We arrived at this dealership hoping to look at a few used cars, but not expecting to buy (like usual). We met Joel, a friendly, knowledgeable sales professional. We could not have been more impressed. Instead of driving off the lot in a used vehicle, we bought a brand new SUV. We told him our needs, likes, and dislikes and he found the perfect solution. He kept in mind our budget the entire time. This wasn't just a good sales experience, it was great. Joel took the time to offer us a complimentary drink on a 90-degree day, a snack, and tour of the facility. Another thing we were impressed with is that he wasn't so quick to talk numbers, or "if" they could help us. We spent hours (poor Joel) looking at different vehicles. Joel didn't even complain or show rudeness when my wife exhibited her unintended pregnancy hormones. Joel is seriously the poster example of great customer service. Then came time for test drives. Of course, Joel doesn't get paid to babysit, but he kept our daughter entertained while we discussed the vehicles, complete with some Pokemon GO on the test drives. I mean seriously, what sales person cares that much! We finally (7:30 at night) were ready to throw some money down and drive off. Seems how we live in Crestview, we were quite ready to go. Then we began to deal with Rick in finance. Rick said he would love to sign the paperwork and that he would sign and sell the vehicle tonight, but he thought we should wait until morning. We thought this was just a clever sales tactic. We decided to trust him and waited until the morning. He called us and said he got us an interest rate less than half of what we discussed, and pretty close to zero. Really?!?! Of course, we went back to the dealer. When we got there it got even better. The interest rate went down again and we found out we could get a brand new SUV for the same monthly payment as one 4 years old. Joel continued to make us feel important and worked hard to make us feel he was our advocate rather than sales person. It was so refreshing not to hear "I just started and don't have the answer to that" or "here are the keys, let me know if you have questions". Joel had answers to questions we didn't even think to ask.

This is the first Jeep and the first SUV I have ever owned and I am sold!!!!! I have owned many previous makes and models, to include Chrysler and Dodge. I loved my Dodge Charger and was looking at possibly getting another when I found the Jeep Cherokee. I have been very, and pleasantly, surprised by the power and comfort. I will definitely buy another Jeep vehicle in the future.
Both Randy Fleming and Jack internet sales rep made the buying experience go smoothly and seamlessly. Randy provided an awesome review of the Challenge R/T Scat Pack computer systems. BZ to Randy and Jack. I would buy another vehicle from Randy/Jack.

This is my second cherokee and although the interior has always been very high quality, Jeep has really improved the performance with a smoothe shifting 9 speed transmission paired with a screamer v6 engine that provides all the power most folks will ever need . Very impressive how they have ironed out any faults this suv had . Im so happy I bought this suv . In addition this vehichle is so good in the snow and has a higher towing capacity of most cars in its class by far .
The Jeep has everything I’ve always wanted in a car. The functions inside are easy to use and safe when driving. The exterior is very modern and the all black rims and body are perfect.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

I love it. It is stylish and comfortable. The drive is very smooth. It is fully loaded and has many safety features which I feel helps me to be safe on the road.
Wade Odom had me approved and my brand new Dodge Journey sitting at the front door with a full tank of gas waiting when I arrived. I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer again. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful.

This vehicle meets or exceeds the needs of most people. The Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with the V6 engine is great on the road as it is off the road.
I scheduled a CVT transmission flush and was planning on spending roughly $235 because that is how much I was quoted a little over a week before my appointment. It turns out that they underquoted me by over $140! But David Del Regato honored my original quote, did an excellent job, and was very friendly. Would highly recommend Hill-Kelly for car service.

The Jeep Cherokee is the best of both worlds for my wife and I. The ability to move stuff around and travel works great. The towing capacity is just enough for a small trailer for me to use to haul things around.
