I went to Southern Chevrolet not only because I had purchased a used car from them a few years back and had a great experience then, but also because they are large supporters of local charities. Chuck was my salesperson and answered the many questions I had, did not make me feel pressured or rushed into buying anything, and helped me decide on the best used car within my budget. I finally made a decision on which car was right for me, but had a concern about a mechanical issue. Chuck had the issue assessed and taken care of at no expense to me. I am very happy with my purchase and customer service received.

My wife and I visited Gulf Chrysler Jeep Dodge while searching for a used vehicle. We had the pleasure of meeting Holly who assisted us with viewing and test driving several vehicles. Holly was very friendly, helpful and professional throughout our entire visit. We didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle through Gulf CJD but that was only because they didn’t have the exact vehicle we were looking for at that time. I felt that the service and experience was above and beyond and wanted to leave the staff a positive review.
Wade Odom had me approved and my brand new Dodge Journey sitting at the front door with a full tank of gas waiting when I arrived. I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer again. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful.
Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. I???ve given 4 stars just due to the wait time for the buying process. Everyone was nice and pleasant to work with. The only negative experience was when we went to finance the guy told us a payment that was too high for how much we were financing and when we spoke up it actually ended up being 200$ cheaper. This was strange but I???m glad we caught it.
We were greeted by friendly staff, directed to the salesman with whom we had previously spoken on the telephone. He was professional and answered all our questions. The type vehicle we inquired about was available so we were able to make a purchase on the first visit.
I recently bought my second vehicle from Eastern Shore Hyundai. I worked with a awesome sales rep Santiago and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I was able to get the vehicle I needed at a fair price. Carl, the sales manager was also fabulous and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only negative I can say is I felt very pressured and unnerved by the paperwork / finance gentleman to purchase some add on's I wasn't planning on which made my note go higher than I really wanted. Overall, a great experience and I am very pleased.

Everyone was very helpful throughout the entire process. We were there for 6 hours looking for the right vehicle. We finished the purchase over a hour after closing time. I was surprised by everyone’s great attitude even though we were there so late. By far my best auto purchase experience thru a dealer.
This dealership was amazing!! From the moment I drove through for my oil change, I was welcomed with a friendly smile from service tech Steven who greeted me with a kind smile and a handshake introducing his self. He made me feel very welcomed. The lobby where i waited was very clean and comfortable. I then was welcomed again by Brian Chicco who made me feel at home. He promised me my Jeep was in good hands. After my service was complete, Brian and Steven spoke and explained things to me that I did not understand. Brian went out of his way to go talk to another tech about my service to get clarification for me. He was very friendly and patient. I felt like my business was welcomed there. Brian explained to me in detail what I needed to do next. It was obvious he made time for me as a customer. I highly recommend this location for your services. I was in and out fairly quickly, the customer service was spot on and the deal they have is a steal!
