I recently purchases a 2011 Kia Soul. I was very happy with the selection they had but that really wasn't the best part of my experience. The deal on the vehicle was painless, fair and I left feeling very happy about what I was buying, what they were going to do for me, and how quickly it was going to get done. My salesperson was Eric Giovanello. In Massachusetts I was unaware of a RMV1 form, but SEMS took care of all the paperwork for me and even redid the paperwork when my insurance wouldn't budge on one small item (I am moving in a week, and I told SEMS of my future address but I couldn't get my insurance to approve me for that address and since they didn't match, SEMS had to redo the paperwork). Yet, they were happy to do it, it was painless on my part, but Lisa (I believe her name to be) was quick and an excellent sport about it. Which I really appreciated. There is absolutely nothing about this dealership I did not like, they even let me girlfriend use their personal bathroom twice! Highly recommend.
