The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.

Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
Anthony from the sales staff was friendly and courteous, making the deals was easy both on price and to complete the paperwork. They also provided quick responses to fix any issue I had after delivery.
I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.

Upon first entering the dealership, my husband and I were immediately greeted by Jim Roane. He was very attentive and understanding. We traveled an hour away from our home to purchase a Jeep from this dealership because the service was on point without being too pushy, Prior to our visit to First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we had a poor experience at another dealership. Jim was able to meet my needs and got me the exact vehicle I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership!
Everyone @ First Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was Wonderfu! All but one: Hannah... this young lady was rude right from the beginning. I truly dont understand how she is in customer service. I'm in customer service & would ever treat the customer how I was treated.. I sat & listened to the staff speak with customers: with respect! Not Hannah. I'm sorry to be harsh but her behavior was unacceptable!
Took my 2018 Ford Explorer in for its first service which included tire inflation and rotation, oil change and they topped off all fluids. Katie took care of me.. she was courteous, friendly and thorough in her explanation of the service that was done on my truck. Not at all surprised by the way I was treated because I leased my truck from the First Ford in Fall River, MA who are a first class dealership. Wonderful experience and highly recommended. C.Decuir
Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We explained to him what we were looking for, and he made our experience easy and transparent. I would recommend Chris and the dealership to all my family and friends. Went there for some help was told they would get back to me . All I wanted was a yes or no answer I got nothing. I feel at least they could do was give me the respect of a call.
