This is the best car we've ever had! Before my wife passed away, we bought this car (pre-owned), she fell in love with it and insisted on driving everywhere! Since she passed in Sept, 2021, I've been driving it and I LOVE IT TOO! I have some issues with programming/memory, but the dealer assures me they can fix this problem

I bought my used 2017 limited around christmas of 2022. Its now may of 23 and i cannot believe how much i like this thing. Always been a ford truck guy but for a great all arounder....this jeep cannot be beat. I got the 3.6L V6, has alot more giddy up then you would expect, tows my 4200lb trailer with ease, and in my daily driving i average around 22mpg. Snow/off road performance is excellent...its not a 78 Bronco but for a modern SUV its very capable. 10inches of slushy snow riding on street tires it ate it up and asked for more. Its comfortable, drives good, and ive put 7000mi on since december with not so much as a hiccup. Reccommend to anyone looking for an SUV.

The vehicle arrived in an enclosed trailer, was clean and ran perfectly. There were no issues with the car that I found. Normal wear and tear for a 21 year old car but very clean and taken care of. I love my jeep! I have reached the 110k mark and there have been no issues with my jeep. I ensure to do the regular maintenance and keep it running like new. There's a reason why the resale value on jeeps is high :) The interior is comfortable and gives you a feeling of luxury without the crazy high price tag. Honestly the only downside to having a jeep is the mpg, but that is what you get with a jeep:)

I was so impressed with this dealership. They were IMMEDIATELY responsive to any question or concern that I had regarding my potential purchase and even after I brought the car home. Actually, I had looked online at some Audi's (Q3's and Q5's) and they were the only dealership that responded to my phone call to find out more about the car. I had hit a deer with my 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan and I had been told it was probably going to be totalled out so I needed a car immediately. After making the decision to purchase or at least go look at it arrangements were made with Sylvia and Thomas to make sure the car was detailed and ready for me to take home. They texted me a couple of times to verify my arrival time as my brother and I were driving about 4-1/2 hours (one way) to pick-up the car. When I walked into the showroom they were right there to greet me and knew exactly who I was and what I was there for even though there were other customers they were trying to accommodate. I suppose we looked kind of rumpled and tired so we were relatively easy to spot. Thomas took us immediately to look at the car and it was beautiful and detailed perfectly. I feel bad as I didn't leave a tip for the gentleman that detailed the car. I'm sure he worked extremely hard to get it done for me and I really didn't show enough appreciation for it. After seeing it I knew that I definitely wanted the car, it was gorgeous!!! Thomas took me on a test drive and we returned to the dealership to complete the paperwork. It was all completed ahead of time and only needed my signature. The next day I received a couple of messages from all involved to let me know how much they appreciated my purchase. It was wonderful!!

We had a smooth experience in getting our Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The specific configuration we were looking for wasn't available in inventory, so Tony helped us place a factory order. We got all the info we were looking for without being pressured or rushed. Jeep sent regular email updates so we could track as the vehicle was being built and shipped. We got our JGC within a few months and came in to take delivery and do the financial paperwork which again was smoothly executed.

Brought in my Jeep for extended warranty service. My Service Advisor listened intently to the issues I was experiencing and wrote up the service document. He then called and informed me that the technician discovered another issue that I was not even aware of and took care of it under my warranty.
