This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

I am a long time bmw Omer , over twenty years now , usually I change my car for a newer one every two years, I have dealt with many dealers and salesmen over the years . Two weeks ago, I traded my x 6 for 440 convertible. I live in Connecticut, two hours away from Bloomfild bmw , but the process was easier than ever , started with a phone call to the best salesman Andre Lindsay , who was Obove and beyond as far as communicating information, getting every aspect of the sale done professionally. I went home with the new car happy . I can not thank Andre enough for his excellence in sales , i am lucky he took my call when I called the dealership for information. I will refer all my colleges , friends to this guy and to Bloomfild bmw .

Love my jeep. They have come a long way baby!! I am now a Jeep girl for life and recommend them highly. No matter the weather my Grand Cherokee gets me there in comfort and safety.

The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

Hands down the best Jeep ever.. would take it over the Santa Fe any day of the week.. there’s no comparison.. performance is excellent.. have 70,000 miles on a 2018 and a 2019.. ac went out on one but warranty covered it🙂🙂

I recently gave Darcars a one star rating. I was very frustrated having a hard time getting a response from them. Ironically my wife seeing my frustration today also called them and got through to Andreas. He was very professional, apologetic and very helpful in getting our questions answered. I now have a renewed appreciation and recant the one star review to now a FIVE STAR. Not sure if there is a way to delete the bad review from the site which I am willing to do

I absolutely love my jeep it’s comfortable reliable and completely rugged I never feel like I’m going to get stranded stuck or be taken down by anything you feel completely safe high up and well compact in this vehicle definitely worth the money I will never change my vehicle make!!! I called my buddy Crystal from Riverdale Chrysler dealership she said she doesn't work today but she can get her coworker Diana to help me out I got to the location and meet Diana very nice and helpful she had my car get it's oil change and in 30 mins she said I was ready fast and quick always a good job here at Riverdale Chrysler in Jerome Ave the Bronx see you guys in 6 months for another oil change thanks Diana and Crystal.

Great price for a 2019 Fusion Hybrid SEL. There was a $500 dealer fee, but I used a $ 500 coupon from the dealer website. Then, the price advertised is the price I paid. I requested new carpets, and the dealer get them for me. I noticed that it was a small blemish in the front, and they told me that they will fix it. They didn't. When I went to pick up the car I asked for a small amount of paint to fix the blemish, they told me they will send it to me. After 2 months, they did not. A pitty, because I bought a great car at a very good price. It was a great deal even with the little blemish. No need to say: "Don't worry, I will fix it"

I would like to recognize Service Advisor, Kevin, for the outstanding customer care he provided managing the repair of my 2023 Jeep at Fullerton CDJR. My wife is disabled and I am the primary caregiver. I discussed my situation with Kevin and asked him to do what he could to address the repair of my car in a timeframe that would enable me to continue to provide the care my wife needs. At the time my car needed repair the service department was extremely busy. Kevin prioritized my request in scheduling and worked with a service technician to repair my car. I came to the dealership late in the afternoon. The very next day my car was repaired and I was able to pick up my car. The service Kevin and the service technician provided was exceptional.
