Folks at heavy duty service are customer oriented, quite friendly and want to meet your needs. Have had RV chassis serviced here for over two years and have always been treated by the staff at heavy duty like they are glad to have the business. I drive 50 plus miles for service because of the folks here.
I went in for a scheduled oil change on my 2015 Compass and as I was waiting in the lobby I was approached by Fabian Diaz. I already knew what he was going to say because this has been tried before when I've went in for a service call. I was a bit tickled because I really did not want him wasting his time with me when he could have been working with someone who probably would have required less effort with the finance company but his first statement was "Let me do what I do, no negative thoughts only positive thoughts." So I sat and waited. Ryan Ganser (finance guy) came over and introduced himself and I expressed to him that this would probably be a hard sell so he perhaps should not waste his time. Ryan's words were "I am the money man, let me work my magic." I laughed and said "Okay but it will take a miracle." To make an already long story short, THEY WORKED THIER MAGIC! I drove off in a BRAND NEW 2017 Jeep Cherokee with all the goodies in it AND my 2015 Compass was PAID OFF! These guys worked hard and were so positive throughout the entire process. Awesome Work! Professional! Persistent! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way around!
I had an amazing experience. I flew in to Chicago from out of state. Brian Freeman took the time to drive over an hour to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. Was super polite and had things all organized and ready to go for a quick transaction for my long ride back home! The car is incredible and gave a very fair deal. Brian followed up with me a few days later just to thank me for my business and to see if I was enjoying my brand new Cadillac. Will be a lifelong customer to the dealership. Highly recommend working with Brian!
3 months after buying an 06 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I was hit and my Jeep was totaled. I was so upset and didn???t think with my horrible credit I???d ever be approved to finance a vehicle but, after speaking with Kelly over the phone I decided to take a chance and to visit her at the dealership. Best decision I???ve ever made. Kelly was beyond patient with me and answered all of my questions. She went out of her way to show me multiple vehicles. As a ???car dummy???, she not only helped me find a car that I never thought could be mine but, she educated me as well. This was my first time buying a car and just so happened to be on my birthday! I drove home a beautiful 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (with a bonus $50 gift card!). I had an absolute amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!
Eventually I didn't buy the car, but all things considered I received a great service and Joe (Kirsten) was very helpful, polite and made a great offer. Due to other circumstances I could not buy the car, but I would surely recommend this dealer.
We had an absolutely perfect experience with Budget! The staff was attentive, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth. There were no pressure tactics at all. Their selection was outstanding and their prices were beyond reasonable (we saw the SUV that we ended up purchasing at another dealership with 10,000 more miles on it for $10,000 more!) They did all of our paperwork on site; from the time we sent our original inquiry, within a matter of hours, we were driving home in our new SUV! They even filled the car with gas before we left! We can't say enough great things about Budget - they are definitely a hidden gem in Central PA!
After getting rear ended I lost all hope. My truck was totaled. I had no idea where to even begin. After looking around at a few dealerships, and not being happy with any of the deals other dealerships were offering I reached out to some of my coworkers/friends. Luckily one of my friends told me about Krystal, and how good of a deal she got. About how they actually worked with her for a price she wanted. So I decided to check online to see what they had. Of course this all black ram caught my eyes so I requested more information on it. Brian got back to me right after I put in the request. When I got to the dealership the truck was all ready to go for me to test drive. After I drove it I realized how much I liked it and had to have it. I was concerned about my credit only being 24, but he worked with me and gave me such a good deal. Along with Jared in finance. You guys did absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with my expirence here. Being an hour away I never would of thought to look at this dealership especially being in such a small town. So happy I did though. i will 100% recommend to other friends/ coworkers/ anyone looking for a vehicle!
I recently visited the Coon Rapids Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep dealership. Now I will admit that I am a very particular and difficult to please customer. The first person I interacted with was Amber Genardi from the Sales Department. To keep it short and on point, let's say that I was less than impressed with the staff and how it appeared that the dealership had lost touch with how to earn a customer with the exception of Amber. I left the dealership with no intention of returning. Although Amber was the only positive part of my initial visit and she was in no way at fault for the initial negative experience, she still reached out to me to apologize for the experience and subsequently due to Amber, I decided to give the dealership another opportunity. As I had mentioned, I'm a bit of a particular customer and Amber did an incredible job of not only not letting me give up on the dealership she earned my loyalty as I was about to purchase another Ram from a different dealership. However after thInking about how hard Amber has been working, I decided to not go forward with the purchase from the other dealership and was sticking with Amber. After working diligently, Amber was able to locate the vehicle was looking for and made me forget about the initial negative experience.
I am very pleased with the hospitality that i received from the start to finish of the buying process. Richard and the team worked hard to get me approved. I will be back in the future the next time i need a car, and plan to tell others of my experience.

Ken was incredible throughout the whole car buying process. We kept saying that the whole process was almost too easy. Ken was respectful, and as a woman, the car buying experience can be daunting and scary. Ken made it easy and enjoyable. Something I never thought I???d say! Ken got us an amazing deal on a brand new vehicle. We didn???t think it was possible, and Ken made it happen. We will be a loyal customer to Ken as long as he sells cars!

I brought my truck in for the 60/70 thousand mile service and for them to diagnose a ticking noise coming from the passenger side of the engine compartment when the vehicle is started. Had to leave the vehicle overnight, a rental was provided. The diagnosis was communicated to me as being broken bolts on the exhaust manifold and the repair was completed and covered under the power train warranty, the other services were also completed including a recall for the restraint system. The vehicle was ready on time as promised the next day. I am very pleased 😀 with the service.

My Service Advisor was GREAT! He took the time to contact the company I purchased my extended warranty from because the company didn't want to cover 100% of the labor that was required for my car. He "fought" with the company & when it was all said & done, I was only responsible for my deductible. It's a "good feeling" knowing that your Service Advisor has your back!
So my husband and I started the whole car buying experience the last week of October. We started at Classic Dodge of Denton. While there we were treated horribly by the sales manager Keith. It was just one thing after another and he lied about us and our approval. We than went the following weekend (first Saturday in November) to The Jeep Dealership in Rowlett Texas where we met with Chris and his Mother. By the end of the 12 hours of being there we were told we were approved for a 2014 Jeep Latitude. Perfect wasn???t what we wanted but that was okay it was new to us. And that???s were the worse two weeks of our car buying experience dragged on. We found out when we got the car home that Sunday that our temp tags were not legit for 45 days but rather 3 days. Than that Tuesday we found out that the paperwork we signed wasn???t approved and legit. It was a nightmare. It wasn???t until the following Saturday (Nov 11) when my husband and I called Huffines Jeep in Plano, Tx at 8:30pm. We were connected to Adam. He listened and was very understanding. He asked how fast could we drive to them they would be there and open no matter how long it took. At 9:03pm my husband and I walked in. Adam, The Sales Director and a Finance Gentleman were waiting for us. Within in 30 minutes we had renewed hope. Saw the car we would end up buying. That Monday Adam called said that by weeks end he was going to make us extremely happy. And honestly he kept his word. We literally by Thursday at 9am walked in got our new car which was washed, full of gas, and inspected. The Huffines Team lead by Adam is extraordinarily amazing and we are so thankful for them. The week before last Adam (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) called to make sure the car was still fitting our needs. On Monday (Dec 9th) we received a phone call letting us know our plates were in and we could pick them up. I pulled in today (Dec 12), sent a Text to Adam letting him know I was there and he responded quickly and seemed genuinely excited to hear from me. We are going to be buying a second car in the next few months and we are already planning to be working with Adam. Again, like the title said it Started out as the worse Car buying Experience and ended up the best! Great Job Huffines and Thank you for dealing with a high maintence very demanding customer like myself!
I arrived at Huffines at 9:20 am, and had returned to my home (20 minutes away) at 11:30 am. Less than 2 hours to acquire a new truck. Adam Ortiz handled the front end sales in a very professional manner. Mikael Hays handled the back end paperwork (thumb-drive paperwork at that) as expeditiously as could be imagined. Instead of just Quick, I should also stress that this was Easy. This was my first visit to the Huffines CJDR dealership. I didn't call in advance or know anyone there. I will return.
My son's 2001 Grand Cherokee finally thwarted my efforts to keep it alive, so I needed a safe, reliable vehicle STAT for him as he is a senior in HS and preparing to go to A&M in the fall (also, because, I really don't like sharing MY Jeep!). Barry picked up when I called about the ad for a 2011 Compass in good shape. He let us take it for a test drive, which my son took full advantage of as I believe we had it for an hour or so. Well, although my son had hesitations (dismay?) about going from a V-8 JGC to a 4-CYL Compass (MA! Did you READ this ad?!? It's only 4-CYL!!!), he actually loved driving it. By the time we returned to the dealership, he was hooked. Barry and Sam went through all of the paperwork with me and explained everything to the letter before sending us off to financing, AND they even worked it out to give us a trade-in for the 2001 JGC which was dead rolling and surprised us all by making it to the dealership without breaking down on the way. If you decide to get a Jeep (which you should!), call Barry as he is awesome.
Great service, I would recommend this dealership too all my family and friends. The choice of different type of models and colors of cars is awesome. I went up there wanting one thing and could make my mind up. I didn't ask to many questions, cause I didn't want to be talked into something I didn't want. But with my observation I changed my mind. I'm for sure going back to get what I want. Great experience in all !!
