So happy to share our compliments regarding your Chevrolet/GMC service department. We have had two different vehicles in this year and in both cases have worked with "Sean" to arrange and coordinate the work.
Earlier this year our vintage Corvette was experiencing a no run situation. The vehicle had been sold to an out of state buyer who was scheduled to pick up the car in 5 days. Working with Sean, we were able to coordinate the Tow truck delivery, indoor storage and timely repair. Knowing that time was critical to me and Sean kept us updated on the progress so that we could confirm the sale of the vehicle.
Later this year we had a warranty issue (Clutch Fan) with our GMC Denali and again we spoke with Sean to schedule the vehicle, during the drop off and pickup.
Yesterday we brought the Denali for recall(s) work and were happy to be again greeted by Sean. He actually remembered our last visit, including the nature of the previous warranty work. He inquired if everything was still working fine and told us he wanted to make sure we were happy with the service.
In all of the above cases Sean has called us to discuss the repairs and timeline required to complete them. Most importantly to us, during each of our visits, Sean has called us to the tell us as soon as the vehicle was done. I cannot explain how important that is. There is NOTHING more frustrating than being required to call a dealership repeatedly to learn when vehicle is ready. (once I was even told "You should have called earlier... that was ready first thing this morning"!
In short, when experiencing a problem with your car, the service writer you talk with IS the dealership. If he or she treats you like you are an aggravation it doesn't matter if the dealership is a Taj Mahal, or the biggest, or the cheapest, your not going back.
To your credit you have people like Sean on your staff. He makes a very large dealership feel very small town. I don't know what you pay him...but it's not enough! Please feel free to share my comments

We had a few bad experiences with Toyota in the past, but this was by far the best buying experience we ever had with anything.... My wife already picked out the car online that we wanted. George Argires met us right away, sat down with us, went with us for test drive, (Toyota Avalon 2011) and gave us EVERY DETAIL about the car. George showed my wife the utmost respect and kindness, and that made me quite happy. He did not try to pressure us in any way, (we cannot stand high pressure sales people).....ALL of your staff were so nice to us, as well as very knowledgable. We cannot say enough GOOD THINGS about George, he should get a big financial reward, just for the kindness he showed my wife. Bought my 2012 rogue 3 months ago best buying exp in 40 yrs of buying cars excellent staff great deal. Now 3 months later a mechanic not with dealer tells me rear brakes rotors shocks all bad approx $1100 dollars. Went to dealer and they are doing all repairs. I was making a long distance purchase. I had many questions and they were all answered by my sales person Jason Woolsey. I must have had at least 50 texts and several phone calls and Jason was very kind and patient with me. I am a very particular person and Jason was my eyes and nose on the ground. Yes nose, I even had him verify that the car was a non smokers car and no odors.
After I decided I wanted to look at the car, I complicated it even further...I needed picked up at the airport. Again, Jason did as I requested without questions or complaints.
The dealership is very clean, offers drinks and snacks, and free wifi. There was never any pressure. As I did my paperwork, the car was being detailed even though it was very clean to begin with.
How many times have you had the dealership manager come out and greet you and thank you for your business. At Romain that is exactly what happened. They made you feel very special.
I would rate myself on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being a very difficult customer a solid 11. Romain satisfied me in every way.
Thank you Jason! Had it not been for you, my wife's dream car would not be in our garage.

I went to Landers McLarty DCJ to get my 2015 Grand Jeep Cherokee serviced. It was an early morning, so (while I waited) I took a low-threat walk around the lot....I'm not a fan of vulture-like salesmanship. I had been considering trading in my truck for a second Grand Cherokee, and had found one online that was supposedly on the lot. I couldn't physically locate it though, so I poked my head into the salesroom floor to ask about it. Even though it was 45 minutes before they opened, Joe Ashbury readily introduced me to Josh Craig. I gave Josh the VIN of the vehicle I was curious about, and he located it and postured himself to transport me to the location. I declined, and simply gave him the trade-in amount and terms I was looking for. I provided a contact number. I was pessimistic. I anticipated a call later on to the tune of "Boy do I have a deal for you" only to overshoot my terms by a ridiculous amount. Much to my surprise, I received a call from him that same day with terms that were better than I had requested. He and Joe had worked closely with the local banks and saved me thousands. I came in the next morning and we sealed the deal in less than an hour. Mr. Pickett in the Business/Finance office was a true professional, and gave me a great deal on GAP insurance that I would have thought was unaffordable. At Landers McLarty, synergy exists, and the employees work as one unit...it isn't a "this is the salesman's job" and "this is the finance personnel's job"...they communicate with each other along the way. It saved me from explaining my wants time and time again. I wish I would have purchased my 2015 Grand Cherokee from them....the experience I had when I procured it from one of the other "leading" Jeep dealerships in Norther Alabama was a far cry from how I was treated at LMDCJ. My only "complaint" is that I wished they could have coughed up the $286 to throw in one of those cargo security covers for the (I asked the guy back in parts how much one would cost....I didn't get his name, but he was really helpful too). It would be the difference between me giving the transaction a "10" versus a "9". That may be worth it to them though. Again...and excellent experience.

It was my first time to go to a dealership and test drive a vehicle. (I had purchased exclusively from individuals, so I was a little apprehensive, expecting "high pressure used car dealer" cliche tactics.) I made an appointment with Julie Gallow to test drive 2 pre-owned Chrysler T&C vans. Julie was engaging, friendly, professional and made the experience far less intimidating than I would have imagined it could be. She was well prepared, had all the information I needed for both vehicles. As a result, I bought the vehicle for which I'd been searching: a 2015 Chrysler T&C Platinum van! Don Alexandria explained the warranty possibilities and I wound up purchasing one for my pre-owned van. Gave me peace of mind and, essentially, a new car (at far less than new price!) Enjoyed visiting with Don and left feeling I'd met a friend The van is amazing and the follow up from Julie since my purchase has been amazing, too. Well worth the drive from Mentone to Huntsville!
We were on our way to Florida when our cars transmission started giving us trouble. We stopped at auto zone and they referred us to your Chevy dealership. It was on a Saturday so we left our car and was contacted Monday morning by your repair shop. Everything was taken care of and we picked up our car the following Saturday. Excellent customer service!!
Number 10 to Alberto he is the best salesman at that location! He treats his customers with respect and answers any questions in regardless the sales. Loyal and friendly.

Just purchased a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from Landers. Our salesperson, Kelly Dial, was very helpful and best of all - not pushy or shady at all! He worked with us to get an honest deal that everyone was happy with and didn't pull any high-pressure sales tactics with us. Back in the Finance Office when finalizing the paperwork Colt was also helpful and professional and didn't pressure us on any add-ons. Overall a good car-buying experience.

Wasn't a fan of it. I didn't like the way it drove. The seats are comfortable but it felt like it bounced or rocked when driving it.
I went to the dealership due having received a notice about a recall. Zavier did his best to go above and beyond to help me out, he even found another recall that I didn't even know about! Thank you!
As far as I???m concerned, Prestige Jeep 🚙 is *the* place to come for a new Wrangler JL. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, they had a great selection of models with the most popular options. This differs from others where the car is bloated with superfluous options and ???paint protection ??? packages. Great job gang! Will definitely work with Byron and the team again
I bought my 2017 Ram 1500 on 3/31/2017... Sam DelBrocco was the most outstanding sales professional I ever came across. He was very kind and willing to help. I will never buy any vehicle from another salesperson... Brian Kelsven, was extremely well knowledgeable of all the electronics, all kinds of "bells and whistles", and did a phenomenal delivery of the truck to me. My Entire Experience was Awesome!!!, From my salesman "Sam DelBrocco" to the sales manager Rick Lipowski, to my Finance Officer "Steven" to Brian Kelsven - who explained me all the functions of the truck, to Pam the receptionist, all the way to the Owner - Don Luke -, whom I met in person and we chat for a while.... Jim was very helpful getting the access van through service quickly having to find a part that was out of stock, then getting me the vehicle back ahead of the scheduled date. Was not happy about having to have the transmission rebuilt at 38,000 miles, but Jim explained low milage vehicles can have issues.
