I was making a long distance purchase. I had many questions and they were all answered by my sales person Jason Woolsey. I must have had at least 50 texts and several phone calls and Jason was very kind and patient with me. I am a very particular person and Jason was my eyes and nose on the ground. Yes nose, I even had him verify that the car was a non smokers car and no odors.
After I decided I wanted to look at the car, I complicated it even further...I needed picked up at the airport. Again, Jason did as I requested without questions or complaints.
The dealership is very clean, offers drinks and snacks, and free wifi. There was never any pressure. As I did my paperwork, the car was being detailed even though it was very clean to begin with.
How many times have you had the dealership manager come out and greet you and thank you for your business. At Romain that is exactly what happened. They made you feel very special.
I would rate myself on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being a very difficult customer a solid 11. Romain satisfied me in every way.

I purchased a 2009 Lincoln MKX on May 6. We drove from Gray area to Knoxville 2x before we made our puchase. Both times we were able to look inside all vehicles, drive anything we were interested in, no pressure, very relaxing and pleasant experience. I drove my MKX home after a 30 minute process, with a full tank of gas, and lots of friendly smiles. The 30 day warranty applied to the MKX. 2 weeks later, the TPU case leaked terribly. Called and talked to claims, took the car to auto shop, got it repaired, and I myself have NEVER had such a great and easy car buying experience as I have at Doug Justus. A huge thanks to Hunter, Joseph, Jeff and the team for everything.

I was just lot hopping.. I stopped at automaxx and met a salesman named jamel saunders. Excellent guy. I didn't buy a car from him but I would've if they had the one I was looking for
Jim was very helpful getting the access van through service quickly having to find a part that was out of stock, then getting me the vehicle back ahead of the scheduled date. Was not happy about having to have the transmission rebuilt at 38,000 miles, but Jim explained low milage vehicles can have issues.

Wasn't a fan of it. I didn't like the way it drove. The seats are comfortable but it felt like it bounced or rocked when driving it.
Brought my 2016 Ram in for a fuel gauge failure, as I pulled into the service bay James Chamlee quickly greeted me and listened to my issue. He pulled codes from my truck and got me scheduled for drop off a few days later. Upon drop off, again James was quick to get me taken care of and called an Uber to get back to work. Called in the afternoon to check status and was informed that the repair required the tank to be dropped for the part to be replaced and the truck would be ready as early as possible the following day. Around 1pm the next day, James called me to let me know it was ready and sent an Uber to pick me up. The whole process was fast and painless, James offered other services at the time of drop off (oil change, ect) but once I informed that I do all that on my own he actually listened and didn't keep pushing like some past dealership experiences I've had. So from my experience, if your vehicle needs service go see James Chamlee at Lithia he will get you fixed up.
JUSTIN Coocen my Sales rep was excellent and gave me an amazing price. Hopefully the car is still there because When my income tax comes in i will definitely be back!!
Rich made my experience so easy and truly took care of me every step of the way. My Jeep breaking down was a very stressful experience and I can't tell you enough how much I appreciated his support and ability to get the job done as quick as he did.
11 years ago I drove my Toyota 4Runner off the lot with 3 miles on the ODO. 180,000 miles later it was time for a new vehicle. The top 3 things I was looking for in a new vehicle where 1) reasonably good gas milage (I drive 25K miles a year for work) 2) technology 3) versatility. A sporty hatchback checked all three boxes for me. My search narrowed to the Ford ST and VW Golf GTI. I drove both vehicles and the VW was the clear winner. It was not only more refined, but it had the personality I was looking for as well. I started dealing with a local VW dealer in Orlando, but wasn't satisfied with their response time. I reached out to Lakeland VW through Cars.com to confirm they had the exact make/model/trim/color/transmission that they had listed on the website. Lakeland VW was quick to respond to any and all of my questions, and because of that, I made the trip from Orlando to Lakeland. I was at the dealership at 9AM on a Saturday, and by Noon I was on the road back home with my new VW. It was going to be hard to steal me away from Toyota; I loved my 4Runner and it was a phenomenal vehicle...but VW had the automobile that suited me. My experience with Lakeland VW was pleasurable, and the car buying process could not have been easier. Hats off to Lacey with their internet department for answering my initial questions and getting me to the dealership, Hiram for his product knowledge and sales ability, and Jared for getting through the paperwork process quickly. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I'm looking forward to putting many enjoyable miles on my MK7 Sport.
