Remote Start Review

I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus on 12/29/2015 from your establishment (Freedom Ford/Morgantown).
I was recently there on 1/15/2016 to have my remote start installed, my appt. was for 8:00 a.m.
The staff was very friendly and Professional. I think every dealership should
provide a "shuttle service", it's considerate, the customer does not have to wait
(wait time/3 hrs.) there until their car is done, I was able to go & have breakfast.
When I returned, I paid for the service(s) done to my vehicle.
Afterwards, myself & Launa (staff) went outside, where she proceeded to explain how the
remote start works, providing detailed information, I appreciated her patience (how refreshing).
She made sure I understood everything before I left, she's very kind.
I'm very happy with it so far, I would say I'm a "Satisfied" customer.
