Hugo our salesman and manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us trying to find us a SUV that met our specifications. Unfortunately we were $500 apart which was a shame because we were ready to buy the car right there. Surprised they let us walk but would still recommend Hugo.

Wasn't a fan of it. I didn't like the way it drove. The seats are comfortable but it felt like it bounced or rocked when driving it.

The place is a little overwhelming at first sight but everyone is very friendly and helpful. No pressure sales tactics which was great. I was pleasantly surprised and glad I went to major world.

For sometime now, i wanted a pick up truck for both pleasure and business use. Unlike a lot of other car shoppers, i would consider myself to be a very thorough shopper. I've leased so many vehicles in the past. I live over an hour away from Garden City Jeep and thanks to true car, i was able to reach out to a handful of Jeep/ Dodge dealership. I visited 3 of them before i ended up at Garden City!! From my initial encounter with Garden City, it was very professional. I was corresponding with Brittany via email before i scheduled an appointment. I knew of the promotions going on before i arrived. Upon my arrival, my salesman was Charlie Gonzalez. Hands down, from all my previous leases, Charlie's got to be one of my favorite salesman. The way he was dressed, his mannerism towards my mother and i was totally professional. He made sure our needs were known and met. Within the hour, i decided on the vehicle i wanted, test drove it & decided on the price. For some reason the store was very very busy, so i understood patience was needed. Charlie did his best to push everything through and kept us informed as to what's happening & the delay. He thanked us for our patience and cooperation. Within 4-5 hours, i was able to drive out the lot with the vehicle. Personally speaking, being in business for a decade & being a hustler, i got a steal from this dealership. I picked up a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 hemi 5.7L for literally chump change a month given my A+ credit score. Overall, as a consumer, i feel like i got a GREAT deal. To the other consumers rating this dealership or looking to go into this dealership, do your research, shop around, see what deals are there and then come to Garden City, ask for Charlie & be up front with him. Tell him what you want, what prices you've got from other dealerships and how Garden city can either match or beat the prices. Overall patience is needed, but with Charlie, you won't be disappointed. This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. In my lifetime I have purchased 5 (five) new cars. The First a 1966 Dodge Challenger. Lori Zaza is absolutely the best salesperson I have dealt with. Her Knowledge of the product she is selling amazed me. She took her time. She called me when she said would. She worked hard to get a price we both were happy with.She also has an excellent sense of humor, which is in my mind a plus. She could teach "The art of the deal" That is how good I think she is..

I usually dread car-shopping but thanks to Casondra that's no longer the case. From the second we entered the dealership she had a smile on her face, was engaging, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She never pushed or made me feel pressured to make a decision, but instead patiently sat with my husband and I, answering all of our questions until we felt comfortable making a decision...which was to purchase a car. The whole process from start to finish was a pleasure and we LOVE our new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited --I would absolutely recommend Casondra and Town & Country to any of our friends/family looking for a car. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Durango from a different dealer on 5th Ave in Brooklyn. Worst experience and worst purchase in my life they totally ripped me off by selling a defective vehicle as in great condition, ended up spending over $1000.00 dollars in repairs. Brought it to service over at Riverside Dodge dealer and their service was excellent. I'll always service my vehicles with them.

Albert was great at keeping me updated with my vehicle. Guadalupe was great when I picked my vehicle up from the shop. And Rogelio fixed the problem. Car is running like new Great job like always MAGA🇺🇸

I was initially hesitant to visit Riverdale since it is a 45 minute drive from my residence in NJ, but I'm glad I made the trip! Jose Soto was very positive and friendly. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful advising me on how to purchase my first vehicle. Ruben was also a very professional and approachable sales manager. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would do business with them again.

This dealership was top notch! Lou went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck (Ram 1500) the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would highly recommend Lou to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle or lease. After visiting numerous different dealerships and dealing with a lot of salesman's, Lou gave me the best price.

Im 42 years now and I'm old enough to know what a car buying experience should be. I work in sales and understand "spin, quick talk and incentive". At the end of the day, a sale should be made on 1 point - Honesty. Precision did an amazing job. They did EXACTLY what they said they would. They were honest, they were upfront and they didn't jerk us around. John was our salesman. He made the process very comfortable and easy. I would recommend John to anyone. The benefit to working with John was he made the process not at all like we were being hustled or scammed. My oldest son will be driving in about 4 years. I had a fantastic experience leasing my 7th Jeep- yes 7th!!!! I am a Jeep driving customer for life! On this particular day the dealership was busy , so as soon as Joe Z walked in the door , Matt had him help me out..... I was returning a leased Jeep and due to low mileage and the perfect condition of the vehicle ,they called my lease place and purchased it on the spot! Joe even offered to drop off my old plates at motor vehicle for me--- which was very nice and totally unexpected ! We went outside and picked out my current Jeep Grand Cherokee limited edition- gorgeous, My deal was made quickly and I was driving my new Jeep home in less than 3 hours!
