I had an appointment that I scheduled ahead of time online but when I got to the dealership, they had no records of the appointment.
Due to this, I was going to reschedule for another time since I couldn’t afford to wait longer than an hour, but Steve Chuc, the person that helped me that day, remedied the situation with ease.
Steve was charismatic, friendly, and honest. He said that although they weren’t expecting me, he would still try to get my service done within the hour (it was just an oil change). He called me with updates and told me exactly what they needed to do before the did anything. Everything was done within the hour and technically I didn’t even have an appointment! He even asked if I needed a shuttle to a place that was close which is always nice.
I highly recommend this dealership for service thanks to Steve for helping me out. Sometimes there are tech issues and it’s nice to know that this dealership will be able to remedy a situation even when there is a problem. I appreciate it, Steve! I’ll be back for my scheduled maintenance!
