I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

Terri did a great job of reviewing all of our options and answered all questions thoroughly. She was very pleasant and I would definitely work with her again in the future.

Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

I just had a great experience purchasing a 2024 Kia K5 GT from Medina Auto Mall. A huge shoutout to Joseph Strasz, who was exceptional throughout. 5 Stars — Outstanding Service Experience I recently brought our Chevy passenger van to Serpentini Chevrolet of Westlake for diagnostics and transmission work, and the service exceeded my expectations. Nicole Wilkerson, my service advisor, was fantastic! She was professional, thorough, and kept me informed every step of the way. She made sure everything was handled under warranty, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Shoutout to David, the shuttle driver, for a comfortable ride in a spotless Chevy Tahoe, and to Olivia at the cashier desk, who went out of her way to help me early in the morning despite limited staffing. She made sure I was picked up and taken care of. The whole team at Serpentini Westlake went above and beyond. Friendly, efficient, and committed to excellent service—this is exactly how a dealership should operate.

Researching ways of trading in my husbands 22 Colorado (owned) and my 22 traverse LT (leased) for two months. Went to my dealer who gave me a number I wasn’t happy with so I looked at Ken Ganley Kia and Serpentini Chevy. Both were terrible experiences. The original number my dealer gave me at the start of research was better than Kia so I called him to lock in that amount but it changed and basically matched what Kia tried to give me. Wahlburg called and asked if I’d want to come in that evening. The guys at Wahlburg in Avon were incredible. I told them what my vehicles were worth and not a dollar less and told them the number I wanted a month and nothing higher. I was anxious and frustrated assuming they’d say the same stuff the others did but that wasn’t the case. Kia ppl mansplained things to me a lot but at Wahlburg I received none of that. I didn’t feel pushed into anything, I was able to get the deal and the car I wanted. They definitely made out with our vehicles and will make a nice profit but I also feel I’ve been given a good deal. The other places were offering far less, not budging on price and wanted me to pay a ridiculous monthly. Over all I had a great experience with this dealership! I’ll continue to go through them as long as they keep up the great customer service.

Just got a new Mazda thus week. I have had Mazdas since 1992 and never disappointed. They are dependable and reliable. The only time I have had any problems was when I was rear-ended by a semi years ago and even that was not the fault of my car. They are a dependable vehicle and not bad on price or looks! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
