I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I love my 2020 Sahara Unlimited. She is beautiful but still drives and handles like a jeep, which is why I wanted her. The stock tires for the unlimited are bigger than regular tires, and makes her fierce! I have almost 30K on mine and have had no problems (knock on wood) whatsoever. It is a joy to ride with or without the top off. Easy to remove the driver and passenger top for a quick fun ride. Easy but a little heavy to remove the entire top, but totally worth it. I've even had it on the beach and it handles like a dream!

The vehicle we wanted was no longer there, but wade, our sales guy worked very hard to find us a vehicle that met our criteria. The finance guy was easy going and did not push us to try and buy extra things we didn’t want.

Purchased in August 2020 with 8.5k miles for $41k, headlights suck, tachometer, auto start stop, radio, running lights got completely messed up for whatever reason this year, dealer fixed all but start/stop for cheap but the vehicle idles rough and sometimes shifts odd. Now has 31k miles and hasn't had any major issues. Engine has lots of pep and it's fun to ride around in with the top off. Remote start and CarPlay/Android Auto work well but the vehicle feels cheap and is scary at speeds over 80 mph.

It's was a good experience , I admit I don't like car dealers or dealerships and I am ready to go to war when it comes time for me to purchase a vehicle. I already know the numbers, features on the vehicle, tactics used by salesman, etc. just to emphasize on that, I would purchase a vehicle in another state if the pricing and everything else lines up to my advantage. Nevertheless, I seen a vehicle I wanted on line and was able to negotiate everything before I even left my house. I spoke with a salesman by the name of Robert Pafford a.k.a. Santa Claus and not only did he become my favorite salesman ever he's is one of the best people I've ever talked to. I could keep going on with my experience but then this will turn into a news column vs a review. It's was good, and I think Robert has a customer for life.
