Came in looking for a new car. Rodney Redding greeted us and assisted with our search. He also told us about the television. What a great idea! Thank you so much Rodney Redding. Made our day!!

This car is beautiful but I have to get rid of it. It's a nice jeep tho. Good at off roading & crusied with the hard top off.
I leased my first Encore over two years ago at "another" dealership close to my home. Bruce Carrington was the sales person and took the time to determine what car would best fit my needs. It never occurred to me to lease in the first place and I never thought that an Encore would be just perfect for me. Whenever I had a question I called Bruce. I followed him to Eagle and again was taken care of; additionally, Bruce introduced me to the great staff and management. Yes, I will have to drive a little further to have my new 2018 car serviced but I believe it will be well worth it. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - a beautiful showcase and office space, very open and bright with inviting staff. I believe if you go there you will be very satisfied with the care and service extended to you.

I bought the Jeep because I like them and have owned a few. I always sell them because I got sick of the ride and lack of interior room. The 4 door jk is very nice and a lot smoother ride than the 2 door models. I have 2 small children in car seats and they fit fine in the back seat
On 10/5 I took my 2010 Corolla to David Becwar because of a major noise. He has cared for my car for 2 years, alway carefully explaining anything needed, sometimes taking me to the service are to show me. When he checked on it he quietly suggested I speak with a sales person as it was going to be a major repair. I trusted him completely because he knew I didn???t want to part with my car unless necesssary. He introduced me to Dereck Randall in Sales. Derek is a gracious gentleman and so easy to work with and good listener. He followed my preference for a low mileage used car, bright color to be easily seen in rain and fog. He brought a 2015 white Corolla with 21000 miles and I drove it. I decided it might do but not really comfortable. By that time David found me to say it was an air conditioning compressor, very expensive. I decided it was not sensible to put $$$$ in an older car with over 75000 miles. Derek asked if he could show me a 2017 Corolla which was not significantly more expensive. I drove it, was immediately much more comfortable, loved being able to raise the seat. He explained all the features, answered questions and I was sold. Then Carolyn Deary was introduced to process the transaction. She, like the others, knows her stuff! The reams of paper involved seemed very complicated to me but she was organized, efficient, highlighted things for me,explained and answered questions. From 9am to 12:30 everything was completed, every expense included in 1 check. I transferred my belongins and drove my car home.
Have nothing much to say but good after our first experience with the Eagle Buick GMC. Dealership. They invited us to test drive some of the 2018 leftover cars. We had been talking about getting a new vehicle so we talked it over and decided to see what was available. We requested the salesman that we had the first time as we were very pleased with him Shields Gay. We were met by Shields shortly upon our arrival. We told him we been looking into the GMC Terrain thinking it might fit our needs. He showed us the SLE Terrain nothing fancy but it seems to fit our needs. We test drove it pretty much made the decision that's what we wanted, also test drove the a SLT Terrain love it, but it was a little out of our budget. Shields explained about the lease program which we had negative thoughts about since we purchased our prior 2004 GMC Envoy when we lived in New York. Not happy about that at all. Like the idea at the end of lease we knew what the purchase price would be. Our finance guy was patient with us because we still had questions which he seemed to be knowledgeable about. After that we were comfortable with our decision to try the lease program. Looking forward to future visits for servicing our new car. Always have had a pleasant experience working with this dealership.

I will be a lot happier as soon as my leather arrives at the dealership for install. Already got many compliments on the jeep. It's gonna look really nice with leather
Well kept collectors edition 75th anniversary one of a kind. Garaged . Maintenance up to date. Sharp vented hood. Alpine stereo great speakers. All original equipment, made to enjoy the weekends and summer months
I have been a luxury car driver for more than 2 decades, and finally decided to get something FUN. Purchased 2019 JLUR. This is a beast!. Will climb over darn near anything right off the dealers lot w/out having to do lift kits and all of the extras that people spend money on. The freedom panels come off and store in the back easily and can be done by 1 person. This gives you the feel of the classic 80's Targa top, or a convertible. Going to enjoy this vehicle for YEARS to come!
We own a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. We had an emission sensor problem, an engine light on, and a "power reduced....see dealer" alert on our dashboard. We called Plaza Dodge and they got us right in the next morning, provided us with temporary transportation (since this was our only vehicle), gave us a rough idea of what was wrong, and sent us on our way. Teri (Service Advisor) was helpful, knowledgeable, and a strong cheerleader for us. The Dodge repair service was done promptly, they made sure the repair worked, and we picked up our vehicle the next day. The prices were reasonable and they warranty their work.....couldn't ask for more! Thanks!!!

Big upgrade from my jeep wrangler sport. Nice to have all the added room. Cant wait to pull my boat and go camping. Would highly recommend the wrangler unlimited
Was looking for a mini van. Read the Pacifica reviews. Called in for an appointment. Buying process was pretty good. Love the car. Had to have the windshield washer replaced. The service department thought they fixed it by filling it. After they were told it was still broken, they bent over backwards to get it replaced. So overall I am happy!

The JL Unlimited is exactly what Jeep set out to make. Add in unexpected comfort and ergonomics and you have a great daily driver and killer off-roading machine.
