Saw the truck online. Drove 2 hours to test drive it. My salesman,Kevin, didn’t pressure me to buy it that day. Most sales people do. This was the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. I was looking for a awd suv for my daughter and found a crv in my price range. The process was pretty quick compared to previous experiences at other dealerships. What made it a pleasent experience, is that they didn't make me feel like this was the last car on earth and had to buy that day. Would recommend 100%

Our first few conversation where completely through text and what actually taken seriously unlike most places. They worked with me through photos due to me living almost 2 hours away from the dealer we came to terms before me even leaving my house. I worked with Jamie and was very pleased with her responsiveness and consistency. I also enjoyed working directly with the owners/managers of the dealership. There were no high-pressure sales efforts and everyone encountered was very friendly. In the end (after some negotiation), I believe we agreed to a fair deal and, due to our distance from the dealership and time constraints, the staff made a great effort to finalize the deal so we could take our vehicle with us!
I went in looking for a good deal on a vehicle and had several dealers in mind at the time. It was later in the evening so I met with Gary Deibert. He put a deal together on a few vehicles and promised to beat any other dealer around. The next day I was contacted by Scott Keath... both gentlemen came up with a deal that satisfied my wants and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience and i was very pleased as I drove away with a new 2018 Punk'n colored Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with matching hard top!

I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ladd-Hanford. I worked exclusively with Scott Keath who did an excellent job. No pressure sales technique, professional, and willing to go the extra mile. If a deal is feasible he will work to make it happen. I inspected the vehicle and realized that some LED bulbs were burnt out on the daytime running lights. You cannot just cut the headlamp assembly open and remove the defective bulbs and re-solder new bulbs; an entire new headlamp assembly must be installed. The HID headlamp assembly costs around $1,000 for the part if you were to fix it yourself. Scott offered to replace the entire assembly at no cost to me. That is professional service. I will be back for future vehicle purchases.
So glad I selected Ladd-Hanford to replace my dying car. Ben Winters was the best kind of sales consultant; he listened to my unusual requirements carefully, was patient showing me the technical aspects of the vehicle, and went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction with the Mazda CX3 selected. Was traveleing back from western PA and was 50 miles away when I realized that I needed to have oil changed. So on a lark, I called at 12 noon on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for 2:15 PM. As it turned out, I ended up getting there around 1:15 PM and they took me right away - so no waiting. Also, they advised me that my inspection was due in 2 months and that I may want to have it done. So I did. I checked N/A for QUALITY OF REPAIRS because all I did was an oil change and inspections, so I can't comment on any REAL repair work. However, all together, the service took MAYBE 2 hrs, but they offered me drinks and the waiting area was air conditioned, so it went by quickly. Would definitely recommend.....John Shvetz.
