Top notch dealer

As someone who spent some time working at a dealer (7yrs) and has purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, I've come to expect a few snags in the purchase process. Then I met Nate Snyder at Bob Weaver Chevrolet in Pottsville PA. I had been looking for around 2mos trying to make a decision on what to buy and where, when I saw the 2012 Nissan Pathfinder online at Bob Weaver. I hesitated looking into it because it was 1-1/2hrs from where I live, but I read their mission statement. That compelled me to make the trip so I called about it, and got Nate on the phone. We had a great conversation and he made me feel comfortable that the trip would be worthwhile. So I took a day off and drove up. Nate had the vehicle in the shop on a lift waiting for me because I had explained my concern over the mileage and age of the Pathfinder. We gave it a good look over and when I asked if I could take it to my mechanic (overnight and the next day) he not only said sure, but that they encourage it. So I did that, and my personal mechanic couldn't find a single thing wrong with the vehicle. In fact he said it looked like I finally found one that was taken as good care of as I did my vehicles. So not only did it look fantastic, it
was in exceptionally great condition mechanically. Called Nate, told him it went well and I was on my way back. Negotiating the purchase price was painless, they met my number, I gave them a deposit, signed the agreement and went home. Two days later I told Nate I'd be in that Saturday to pick it up and he sends me a text that says, "Hey, also they are going to replace the front brakes and rotors for you as well"!!! WHAT dealer does that AFTER the deal is done, without even being asked? Needless to say, I'm 100% satisfied with Bob Weaver and my salesman, Nate Snyder. Thanks for a great experience everyone, so professional!!!
