Easier than I thought possible

Matt is awesome in every way. Helpful, available and genuine, he was not at all what I expected from a salesperson. Worked within my budget without being pushy. Super lovely individual. This was my first car in my name and he really walked me through everything. I never felt like I was being mislead. Great guy! Gary was a sweetheart really made finance easy and simple. Got a great rate and approval at their dealership at 23. ***THE ONLY DOWNSIDE*** Justin the sales manager, was an absolute sleaze ball. I signed some of the paperwork the day before and was going to come back the next day to pay and finish everything. Offered to let me take the car before paying which I did not feel comfortable with (I don't like driving something that isn't mine). Then tried to scare/guilt me into taking the car by saying it wasn't sold and that someone else could buy it or test drive it. It was the most asinine thing I'd ever heard. Like they would have me sign all this paperwork on a specific vin just to sell it to someone else before I came back. Like you don't have other Kia Souls to sell them? And I get it maybe I wouldn't come back, but I did come back, and the only reason was Matt and Gary who were lovely in every way. Justin, I'm sure you're reading this because customer satisfaction is your job, you need to thank the lord you have a great team under you because if they hadn't been so awesome you would've single handedly sabotaged a sale at a dealership you manage. I don't appreciate being threatened. I don't appreciate being mislead. And I don't appreciate you doing it all with a ingenuine, sacarine grin plastered on your face. I feel like you thought I was young and stupid or maybe just easy to push around, but honestly you just came across as desperate. Some advice? Don't hover and don't micromanage. You have a great team (that deserves better) and you left a sour taste in my mouth.
