Went car shopping and landed here. Salesman Jason was very professional and established trust quickly. Great selection of GS and IS cars. Cars could have been cleaner on the lot. If I go with another used luxury brand, performance and cost would be the reason. Although, reliability, comfort and styling might make me buy a Lexus.

The fact that they were willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy even after the purchase was completed made my new 2016 GS 200T purchase a 5-star experience. Special thanks to their New Car Director Corey Hawkins for this. This kind of behavior will make everyone in my family go back to Lexus, and Sewell Lexus at Fort Worth in particular, when they will look for their next car. It was also a pleasure dealing with Brad Coker, Shane Nelson and Courtney Jones during the car buying process. Lexus Customer Service was also very cooperative and willing to help in every way they could. Love my new car!
Stephen was a great salesperson. We didn't hash out a final deal but the experience was great with no pressure at any time. He was always willing to work for you and was honest about all parts of the deal.
The facility is top notch with a comfortable waiting area and good wifi as well.
DAVID KEILSON will END your car-buying woes!!!!!! After a week of being lied to, tricked, and totally disappointed in the buying experience, we walked into Sewell Lexus of Dallas and were immediately met with a man genuinely determined to make our dreams come true!!!! TOTALLY different than the GAMES we had been playing everywhere else!!! We were upside down in our Lexus IS250, and although I LOVED it, I was ready for an SUV. However, I didn't want one that had a ton of miles on it, and we were determined to stay in our price range. My husband is a car guru and expected only the best in looks and performance. We had exhausted the list online of RX 350s and had more than enough with the used car salesmen experiences!!! We were at our wit's end and had decided if it didn't happen at Sewell, then we were just going to give up! NO one would work WITH us, nevertheless FOR us!!!! Until David appeared like an angel from heaven! HE SAVED THE DAY! From the minute we walked in, you could tangibly feel the difference at Sewell compared to other car places. You could immediately feel the difference in David's simple greeting, as he said he was meant to work for us! He welcomed us and promised he could get the job done FOR US! And HE DID!!! He was so different than any car salesman I have ever dealt with! He immediately took time to just LISTEN to us and what we needed and wanted! Then he did ALL the work to find exactly what we wanted, and HE worked to make it happen!!! We didn't have to do the battle of arguing for what we wanted, as HE did it for us! We didn't have to play the hassling game of getting the price we needed on our current car, as HE did it for us!!! We didn't have to play the game to get the price we needed on the car we wanted...HE did it ALL! And he did it all while making us feel comfortable and secure! David kept us informed, never left us hanging or wondering. He also performed nothing short of a financial miracle for us that day!!!! He personally spoke with our financial institution numerous times and had them restructure the loan we were so upside down on, and he carefully assisted the structuring of our new loan so as to favor our best interest. David accomplished something no other salesman or dealer could do, and by taking such an interest in us and all the intricate details of our new loan, he quite literally saved us thousands of dollars!!! He even made sure we were comfortable with food and drink. He shared family pictures and stories and cared about who we were, as it was obvious, David is about building relationships! He wasn't just selling us a car, he was making new friends and caring enough to get them what they wanted! I am still in shock at the whole experience! I have purchased about 7 cars in my life, and NEVER had such a perfect experience than with David!!!! I dreaded buying a car, but now....I know EXACTLY who to go to from now on!!!!! I WILL NEVER BUY WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!!! DAVID IS THE ONE!!! And I HIGHLY suggest if you want to purchase a used car, not only is a Lexus the one for you with reliability and luxury, DAVID is the ONE for you with confidence, magic, and a genuine caring smile on his face! Best car buying experience I ever had. Our salesman, Rami Rajab was extremely helpful, courteous and accommodating. No high pressure sales, no hidden fees and no gimmicks. Very professional young man. The sales manager, Isaac Homa even helped my wife set up her Bluetooth after we purchased the vehicle. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and recommend it to anyone.
I drove from Louisville to purchase a used car advertised online. I had called earlier in the week and spoke to Brandon Ozier. He encouraged my visit. I drove up on the holiday. Brandon met with me and my family immediately. We test drove the car and made an immediate decision to buy. Brandon made this transaction very easy. He is very knowledgeable and very professional! I was very impressed with this young man. He is truly an asset to this dealership. Finance Manager, Greg Hunter made the final closing of the sale very easy as well. I will refer others to Thomson-McConnell Cadillac and to Brandon Ozier! This was a very good experience--great customer service!
I brought my vehicle in for some warranty work and was pleasantly surprised with the overall service that I received. My consultant, Glenn Robichaux, was on top of everything related to my service. I received phone calls from him giving me the status of my repairs and a time frame when my vehicle would be ready. I would certainly bring my vehicle back to Lexus New Orleans if additional work is required on my vehicle. I was very impressed.
Let's start off with I was not even looking to purchase another vehicle, but I did!! I received a promotional email from Thompson seeing what they could do to get me to trade in my 2010 Lexus ES 350 which I loved. I responded letting them know that I had no need to trade at this time and was very happy with the last ES 350 they sold me. I also informed them if they could get me into a new Certified Lexus for around the same price and no money down, I would discuss the options. Well, they answered my challenge. Ryan McKinnon, who also sold me my last vehicle, gave me a call. After taking some time to work with my and the finance team, while he was on vacation, we made a deal work. I now have a new 2014 ES 350 that I love!! Thank you to Ryan, Sharon, Kyle and the whole team at Thompson for making me a happy customer.... Again!!

My 2016 ES 350 just came off of lease and Patrick Moore at Plaza Lexus made the process of turning in my prior Lexus and obtaining a new 2019 ES 350 a seamless and pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealer and Patrick Moore in particular to anyone who is looking to get into a Lexus vehicle.

This was our first time ever buying a car at a dealership (altho we've visited quite a few) and oh my goodness what an incredible place to BE! You absolutely HAVE to at least visit this place! It's GORGEOUS! The cars are amazing and everyone there is 100% friendly, respectful and well-educated about ALL the vehicles you will find there. They know absolutely everything there is to know about the cars they sell and this is not an exaggeration. How many times have you gone to a car lot and asked normal everyday questions about the cars and no one has a clue what any of the answers are? It actually happened to us enough before we got to Germain that we thought ALL car salesmen were relatively clueless (lol it's true I'm sorry gees). Well not here! Everything at Germain is pristine and the cars are incredible. You will see cars here that you've never seen before . There are no words really; it was a wonderful experience in every way. We got a FABULOUS pre-owned Honda CR-V that is simply perfect! Traveled an hour and a half to get it. Mr Anderson met us and even had the CR-V parked right by the door ready and all warmed up inside :-) A great guy who helped us every step of the way -honest and very trust-worthy, a down to earth person. We will absolutely 100% return to this dealership! It honestly doesn't matter where you live --you've GOT to travel to this place and see the gorgeous cars they have. Hopefully Mr. Anderson will be there (you could ask for him!) but if not, all the other salespeople we met were super nice as well. A+++++
