My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Car meets all of our needs for comfort interior design for features has all the latest technology and safety features. Uses regular gas not high test engine is quiet very smooth shifting transmission.

This car protected us in a roll over crash the safety features are bar none the best. Theee of us walked away. We did have injuries but could have been far worse. I was so impressed I bought a new one.
Took my 2015 Explorer in to Auto Nation Ford-Scottsdale, Arizona yesterday for help in checking damage from a trash can that struck front on freeway.
Service Advisor Tom Goodfellow was exceptional to deal with. They took great care of me, found a couple of things that needed to be addressed and had me back on the road in an unbelievable short time.

This car meets all my need. The only exception is the angle of head rests on the front seats that could be tiring my neck during a long distance driving. Nevertheless, I do not have this kind of problem on my 2008 RX-350 SUV.

Ask for Mark Taylor! I was forced into the used car market after my car was stolen. I hadn't planned on buying a new car for years so I was somewhat clueless on what I would purchase. I spent a few days online looking at listings and the Bill Luke dealerships kept coming up with lots of good inventory and prices that were easily $1,000 - $3,000 lower than the comparable dealers (They are a no haggle dealer that prices based on blue book plus a discount so prices on all models were very competitive if not the lowest). I decided to make the drive from Cave Creek to Bill Luke Tempe to look at a few vehicles.
I ended up purchasing from a different dealership, but only because I was buying used and ended up finding a better fit in someone elses inventory. However, I would recommend that anyone shopping for used vehicles give Bill Luke a shot, and ask for Mark Taylor. Mark was patient and let me test drive multiple vehicles. he helped me compare the pros and cons of multiple vehicle styles and did a great job explaining how Bill Luke dealerships do business and my options. There was never any sense of pressure. If Bill Luke had anything in their inventory that had matched what I ended up purchasing, I certainly would have returned to Bill Luke to make the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Mark.

Have owned Lexus RX models for 12 years and each new model was better than the previous one except for this new RX 350 L. First the vehicle does not drive like an SUV but more like a station wagon. The control knob for the display is awful, barely usable and a pain. The extra rear storage space is nice but it has no storage pockets for anything, just one flat surface. Third row seats are unusable. The second row seats don't fold flat either so you have about a 20 degree angle on the seats. Gas mileage is terrible, way worse than the previous RX. All in all this was a rush to market half assed design that I will be turning in as soon as the first year of the lease is up.
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.

My wife & I purchased a 2016 Equinox in 04/2016 because of the dedication & efforts of Paul Muela at this Surprise, AZ location, when we were "just looking". It was a great experience as I remember, Paul escorted my wife & me around the lot to check out the current stock, explained differences of existing Equinox models - options & resale values. Paul located "our spec car" from another area dealer and it was transferred in short order. We purchased it & were happy with it for a year.
My visit 5/24/2017, was for my 2nd free oil change/multi-point inspection service, when I decided to check on trade-in value of current vehicle / cost to purchase new 2018 vehicle [Just for Jollies]. Paul M set me up to take home a demo upgrade to show to my wife. Wife was impressed, & we returned to the dealership one hour later to check out other options. Paul M was with another customer at this point & turned us over to Paul Bruney. I had liked our previous dealings with Paul M & was reluctant to move on to a new salesperson. My concerns were unfounded, as Paul B lead us through selection, pricing, & negotiation of a new 2018 Equinox. My wife drove home with a new 2018 Equinox LT2, 1.5L Turbo - delighted. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of negotiations & final transactions of this deal. Paul Bruney was highly instrumental in meeting our financial goals & demands, & for the second time [in the process of purchasing of an automobile] I don't feel cheated [a rare moment in life]. Overall I love the car! The areas where it is not on par are 1) use of technology, and 2) mileage.
I love the handling. The seats are super comfortable. The cabin is quiet and has great climate controls. And the car is a good size - easy to park yet it's roomy inside.
