I bought a new Escape in Minnesota and the dealer there had screwed up installation of a new wiring harness. I set out for Alabama and had trouble all the way. Woody Anderson's service dept. found the problem, fixed it and were SO SO helpful. I wish I could take it to Alabama for all my service.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
Got a great deal on a used For Fusion and received outstanding sales support from Robert Shrier. The experience was no pressure, no hassle, with dealer prep and taxes upfront; no surprises. Robert was very courteous and respectful with me and might I add patient as well. My wife and I can be a bit picky and Robert went out of his way to accommodate us. I also used the AUSA car buying service and Ray Pearman is the only dealer in Huntsville supporting the AUSA program. I really appreciate their support of Veterans. Lastly, I received a call from Ray Pearman himself which was very classy. This dealership really try's to earn your business which made it a hometown feel. This is scarce these days.
I recently purchased a used vehicle and noticed some problems with it about a month after purchase; I took it back in and Clevon, Mark and Heath were more than happy to take care of me. Didn't cost me a dime. They provided me a car until my repairs were complete and took care of everything. So thankful they didn't treat me as most car dealerships_ this is a straight up Class A Dealership with a Class A Team. Thanks to all!
I hate buying 'new' cars. I hate that awful feeling of being took advantage of. I hate the feeling of paying too much. I hate dealing with dealerships. After spending half my day at a local mega dealership in Decatur,Al I got fed up and left. We drove 10 minutes to Hartselle, Al to a smaller dealership , Eddie Preuitt Ford. Right away I new they were different. The Preuitts, family and kids are there playing in the lobby. It's a very friendly welcoming experience. The place ain't fancy but why does it have to be to sell a car? Jason, met us at the door with a handshake and after a small discussion of what we were looking for he tossed us a set of keys. We test drove Two cars. About 2 hours later I was signing the dotted line. The price was so low, so reasonable i almost felt bad for the dealership. We left Eddie Preuitt Ford in our new car. This is how you treat people. This is what customer service should be. We will only deal with Eddie Preuitt Ford.
I love the car, it's on par with any European car for 99.9% of drivers, if you are crazy about doing 100mph around twisties then a BMW is the better car but this car should be a better seller than it is. I am a car nut and this MKZ takes some beating on the quality of the car, the nice touches, and it will go around the twisties in sport mode quickly enough for anyone in the real world. I have bought 17 new vehicles since 2003 between myself, my wide, and employees and your dealership and the staff that work there have totally restored my faith in the existence of car dealerships. Most of them should go away but I cannot fault any part of your service towards me on this purchase. It was efficient, friendly and more importantly honest. I am going to try my hardest to co-ordinate my business travel with getting this car serviced with you too. I would absolutely recommend to anyone buying from you, it was totally worth the 6 hour round trip from Atlanta to deal with you all.
