I found a car on their website but I work a job 6 days a week and couldn't go look at it. Tim Brought it to Russellville for me to look at and we made a deal, then he went back to Paris and did the paper work and brought it back to me. Very excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this delearship to everyone.

This car has met all of my needs in every area! I am extremely happy with the style and performance. This is my third one, can't you tell?
This was a straight forward 45,000 mile service check-up on my 2007 Mercury Montego. I had made an appointment. I rolled in the door as soon as I arrived.
The Service sign-in person took my information immediately and directed me to the Waiting Lounge and coffee machine.
The job was completed promptly, including a car wash. I am completely satisfied with the job and all the details of the way it was handled. Highland Park Ford Lincoln has handled all my service jobs since I bought the car (from them) and will be handling all my service work until I trade it in (with them).

Well, Messer Ford is the reason I break my vow never to use a dealer unless absolutely necessary. Do majority of my own work, and know when something needs done - I can beat their cost in my own driveway, but they make it well worth a little extra cost (not to mention recycling oil, time & trouble & so on). Have had all my Fusion services done here, & have now bought 3 sets of tires. Always friendly, efficient service & Advisors go over anything the Tech finds with me plus I get a printout. I can get an oil/filter change done quicker, but don't have a Ford Tech doing a 100-something point check, and the price is the same - actually cheaper if they're running one of their specials. While waiting, customer lounge is nice - big screen TV, reading material, Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, Coke, etc., donuts (till they run out) plus burger/Italian fast foods across the street. Have used the dropoff/pickup shuttle when necessary. (Also - Surprisingly, had the best deals on tires 3 times now). Mondays & day before Holidays, they're usually slammed, but they did work me in one time with a last-minute emergency. After several years - so far, so good. They've earned this rating.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
