Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

Love my new car I really love the touch screen that I have I never had one before also I love the space behind the cup holder is perfect enough for my phone…. I must admit I don’t know much about cars only the basic I brought my son when I was going to purchase this car oh and I love my black rims

Overall, enjoy my Mazda CX Premium. Pros: Great Handling and solid stance, prefer the lower to the ground/wagon feel, priority on driving vs tech. Google maps and streaming and I am happy Cons: Short driver seat lacks support. Fabric seats in premium have developed a few snags, Infotainment bugs (I like the knob): can add same station to favorites multiple times, statelite always starts at beginning versus current station, and screen dimming auto dim required reading online forums to see the dashboard buttons override the infotainment vehicle setting. Lastly the IP plastic/crystal had to have replaced due to scratch and replaced one still seems low quality. 24 MY upgraded the suspension to make softer and the steering is not as heavy.

Keeping it short and to the point… Negatives: Front wiper leaves large area on passenger side untouched. Panoramic moon roof only opens to halfway on the front section of roof. No audible alert for rear camera No remote start option on key fob - only on Mazda app. Engine heat is felt down between steering column and peddles - will check with dealership during first service as this seems more than expected. Apart from what is mentioned above, this car is great to drive and I’m happy with everything else so far at 1600 miles

as most midsize SUV's it is not comfortable for long trips. it is somewhat tight inside. Good gas milage. There are tons of electronics. we are older, not real tech savy. we had to go back for a second training session, since the first person did not do a very good job.

Chris Rodriguez was the sales rep and he was extremely polite and supportive. He explained the benefits of the car, test drove it and he answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and assertive. I really like my CX-50 it came loaded with a lot of tech and safety features others make you go to the top trim for. It’s the first car I can have the hvac on auto and have it perform without me intervening. The steering feel and response is great. It holds the road and curves like it’s glued down. Ride is as you would expect from an suv built by Mazda. You know the road and its conditions with out it being a jarring experience. Acceleration is good and in the turbo it’s borderline ridiculous. I’ve been getting 31.3 mpg mixed driving. I tend to do my own shifting as that’s my preference and enjoy. I appreciate it’s an inline 4 with a 6spd it’s balanced and it’s fun. My 21 Honda Accord Sport I replaced it with had a CVT and that’s the only complaint I had about that car. I think both are well made and offer a lot of value. Bottom line it’s a great price for a well rounded good looking fun and easy to live with car. It offers a driving experience vs being a boring transportation machine.

Had a great service experience. They had all the automation tools to make a decisions on what to service and were available on the phone to talk through things. Also, they finished work on my truck when they said. Good work.

Overall we had a good experience. Easy to schedule appointment. No pressure Test drive at length. No last minute Additional fees added. Unfortunately they had just received the car and it was snowing the days before therefore they were not able to pick up on some things like Cracked screen. They did offer discount in price but we felt it was not enough therefore deal did not go through. Kim kate was really helpful and friendly.

Got the Meridian edition and I absolutely love it. The car handles almost as good as a little sports hatchback. The roof rack does get a little noisy at high speeds but if you close the moon roof it pretty much goes away. That's the only negative I'd give to the car, but in the end that's something I can live with. Interior quality is almost on par with some luxury brands. Exterior design is far above any bmw or Benz in the segment. Plenty of power aver pickup when you need it.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I have top of the line CX50. Good looking SUV. Rides a little too firm at times. Turbo gives it good power, better than most it competes with. Interior looks upscale.Gps needs improvement. Not user friendly.Phone needs constant pairing.Gas mileage is average. Seats are comfy. Like folding mirrors. Bottom line is that I consider it one of the best compact Suvs in its class. Drives and handles very well.

He said he could vouch for this model because that is what he drove. He text me proof that he just wasn't saying this to grab a sale.
