Dave made this the best and most efficient car purchase ever. We were in and out. When we returned, the new car was cleaned and waiting for us. They gave us a great number on our trade in and the price per month was exactly what we told them if needed to be. Couldn???t be happier with our GLE

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
My experience with Autohaus was beyond my expectations. Speciallt my sales associate, Mr. Michael Perez, was very friendly and very helpful in many ways. Mr. Perez tring to explain every little thing every possible way so I don't have any problems later on.
We will always buy from Jidd. We have now bought 2 vehicles from Jidd and we won't go anywhere else in the future. They are friendly, helpful, good prices - great experience! Go to Bashar - he helped put us in our first Benz last night!!!
I have been wanting a Audi S4 for sometime, based on a family member's recommendation of Ultimo, I checked their website, and found the exact car I was looking for, I stopped in to check it out and was greeted my Michael. Michael was very easy going and very knowledgeable. He let me test drive the car, and let me check it out. There were no high pressure sales tactics. I went home to think about it, and ended up going back a few days later to test drive it again and ended up buying it. About a week after buying it, the transmission started making noise. I contacted Michael and Scott at Ultimo, they had me take it in to a shop that they prefer. Turns out the transmission needed to be replaced. Ultimo paid for the replacement and provided a loaner car for me. I am very glad to have my S4 back! Michael and Scott were very pleasant to work with. I look forward to doing business with such a stand up place again.
I dealt with Joe in the service department. Joe was very accommodative for my wishes. I had scratches on my right front wheel. Joe was able to find someone to repair it. My only feedback on the repair was that it was slightly more than Joe originally quoted ($200 vs. $175). Also, which was nice, he suggested I come back in the spring to re-do the wheel and an extra wheel if needed. However, I didn't see any record of that accommodation on my sales receipt. Obviously my concern is when I call in the spring, will this repair still be honored. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and the ability to have a loner (GLC which my wife is interested in). Michael Hurst was my sales associate and he went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I was very pleased with him along with the service manager Michael Banks(I believe that's his last name) in assisting with purchasing my GLC 300. Due to my limited time schedule they were able to accommodate me by bringing my vehicle to me wrapped in a nice red bow. I would recommend seeing Michael Hurst to purchase any vehicle. Michael displayed honesty, patience, and a level head during the financial aspect along with narrowing down my decision of vehicle. He is a true gem to work with and I look forward to working with him in the future. He did an awesome job!
We made the decision to drive from West Michigan to Knauz after the poor experience we had at the BMW dealership in our town. From the beginning when I inquired online about an X4, Yale was so helpful and friendly. The dealership was able to get the car ready quickly so we could come see it on our days off. Yale kept in touch and sent us pictures and assured us the car looked great so we wouldn???t be wasting our time driving there. When we saw the car, we were amazed, it looked brand new! Yale went on the test drive with us and was able to explain all the features of the car (something that didn???t happen when we did a test drive in Grand Rapids). When it came to buying the car, Yale showed us all the comparables and Knauz had the best price, but they even took off a little more for us driving all the way there. The financing process was great and no pressure to buy extra warranties, products, etc like had happened with our last used car. They even kept our car overnight (covered up inside!) and had a BMW genius meet with us the next day to set our car up (nav, phone etc) for the ride home. We can???t say enough about the great buying experience at Karl Knauz and everyone we worked with there. We will keep them in mind for ours and family & friends next BMW purchase!
I came here (a long way from home) based on so many positive reviews of this dealer. I read the reviews and many were of Roland (Rolly). I just went in and asked for him. Great experience with him. No typical car dealer BS. Willing to work the numbers on both the trade in and the purchase. Very fair. He and the other personnel went out of their way to exceed my expectations. Loyalty just started with Rolly and Knauz.

I was searching for a lease on a new BMW, as a returning customer my present BMW lease was coming to an end. I had multiple conversations with with the another dealship in which I had purchased 2 other luxury vehicles within the last 36 months.
