A Member of the Coulter Family

When Roger Farney (Internet Sales Manager and a class act) told me I would feel like a member of the Coulter Family I was somewhat skeptical. After all, car salesmen...... However, I must say that after receiving Top Notch service and professional treatment, both from him and the VERY kind Finance Manager John Harrell (a fellow shooting enthusiast), he's right. Not only was my car delivered on time, and in an exemplary condition, but Roger even drove me 10 miles (several out of his way) down to my Mercedes mechanic to collect my old car!! Who does that?!? When I woke up Saturday morning knowing that I had to endure the "sharks" to purchase a car that day I was so nervous and apprehensive that I couldn't eat breakfast. Within 15 minutes of my arrival at Coulter (the first time I had ever been to this very old, prestigious, family-run operation) I was not only free of anxiety (having NOT been swamped by desperate salesmen as soon as I exited my vehicle), but I was starting to have fun.....which getting a new car SHOULD be (odd, I know)! To be entirely forthright, I do not think I received the BEST deal for the particular 2015 Regal (Buick Certified) I purchased (protection package should have been complimentary instead of a 50/50 split, 23,000 miles on a one-year-old car should have warranted an additional $1,000 - $1,500 off, etc.) but I do think I received the best, at least familial, service. Part of the Coulter Family now. Thanks Roger and John!! PS. For me, it also helps that Roger is also an Arizona native and a former serviceman. (Plus a nice guy, genuinely). Oh, and I've already started to recommend Coulter to neighbors and friends.
